AP EAPCET-2023 Counselling for SPECIAL ROUND ADMISSIONS
(M.P.C. STREAM) It is informed that Engineering admission counseling process through EAPCET-2023 is
completed in all respects as per G.O Ms.no. 74 and 75 dt. 28.07.2011. Inspite of that, there were representations from candidates who could not secure admission for special round of admissions.

AP EAPCET-2023 FINAL PHASE Counselling

Considering these requests Govt. has permitted for Special Round admissions vide.
G.O.Rt.No.179 dt. 02.11.2023 with the following conditions (1) Vacant seats in universities and
constituent colleges are not open for admissions (2) Candidates who have already registered and
who are not admitted in any college under convener or spot admissions are eligible (3) No fresh
registrations are permitted (4) JVD scheme is applicable to the candidates admitted in this special round As per the G.O.Rt.No.179,Higher Education(EC) Dept,Dated:02.11.2023, the qualified and eligible candidates of APEAPCET-2023 (not admitted in Convenor quota(Phase1/Final Phase)/Spot
admissions) desirous of seeking admission into B.E/B.Tech Courses in vacant seats of Private
Engineering Colleges after all phases of admissions are informed that the web counseling for option entry will be conducted from 06-11-2023 to 08-11-2023.

AP EAPCET 2023 FINAL PHASE WEB COUSNELLING SCHEDULE OF SPECIAL ROUND

Candidates eligible for Exercising the options in the AP EAPCET 2023 SPECIAL ROUND ADMISSIONS

a) Who has secured seat but not shown interest to join/admit in the allotted seat.
b) Who have not secured seats so far, but got their certificates verified.
c) Who have not exercised the options so far, but got their certificates verified.
d) Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their allotment.
NOTE:I.Candidates, who have already registered in Phase-1 or Phase-2 and who could
not secure a seat in any college under convener quota will only be eligible for
special round admissions
II. Candidates, who are not admitted in any college through Phase-1 or
Phase-2/Final Phase or Spot admissions are only eligible to participate in
Special round of admissions.

2) Options given in the previous phases will not be considered for this Special
Round of counseling for allotment of a seat and candidates have to exercise
options afresh.
3) It is advised to exercise options for interested colleges/courses for the left over
vacancies after spot admissions.

APEAPCET-2023 FINAL PHASE Counselling IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. The options will be frozen on 08.11.2023 at midnight 12:00 and candidates cannot modify further.
   In case of any candidates clicks on Freeze button, exercised options will not be given for any
   changes/modifications.
2. The allotment will be placed on 10.11.2023 after 6.00 p.m.
3. Allotments now made are subject to the grant of affiliation from the University.
4. Detailed instructions for options entry i.e Instructions to Candidates will be placed in home page of
   https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in
