1) CRMT data to be under meo off/cluster school?

ANS: In MEO OFFICE ONLY

2) IERT data to be under meo off/ school?

ANS: MEO OFFICE ONLY

3) Part time teachers data to be entered or not

ANS:All the employees either Regular, Contract, out sourcing or parr time should be added.
Those who are getting salaries in any manner.

4) Non teaching employees under outsourcing or contract to be entered or not?

ANS:All the employees either Regular, Contract, out sourcing or part time should be added.
Those who are getting salaries in any manner.

5) MIS/DEO/Accountant/messanger data to be entered under MEO office or not

Ans: Must be added in MEO OFFICE

6) Person(s) working against post to be entered as per their original designation or not
If yes then what about the cadrestrength

ANS: As discussed earlier,temporarily they must be added in their own designation.

However we may treat the post as School Asst. in respective subject.
So cadre strength also may be followed by this.

7) How to show MTS in cadrestrength?

MTS must be treated as working SGT.
If two SGTs are sanctioned and 1 SGT and 1 MTS are working,
1+1 must be treated as cadre strength.

8) if a teacher entered his data with CFMS ID then such teacher ID should be sent for change as try id?

Ans: No need. It is also correct ID.MOREOVER SOON WE ARE GOING TO SWIFT TO CFMS ID( With due permission from higher authority)

9) Some teachers EIS confirmation is not accepting and if we do it will logout ?

Ans : IT CELL may resolve it.

10) Some schools are not showing in EIS due to Zero enrollment but posts are existing and person is working?

Ans: Regarding SIMS cadre strength with prior permission we enabled such schools at SIMS.

In EIS it may not possible.
Need prior permission.
We will inform you soon.

11) MEO office EIS data is not included in reports?

Ans :Will be provided by IT CELL.
Soon we will enable the same to DEOs.

12) plz update the EIS data in Excel links as it is showing last year data and it will be useful for us to verify data fields so as to purify the data
Now for purification and for wrong designation we have to wait for your analysis ?

Ans: Right now we will provide updated data.
DEO links may be updated by Monday.

13) Provide EIS cadrestrength data in Excel so that we may compare with SIMS data?

Ans:
Will be provided soon.
Also will enable EIS_cadre strength in DEO and MEO logins.
