5. Notification Dt: 04/08/2022 for inviting online applications for implementation of RTE 12 (1) (C).

All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the state are invited in the above references cited and they are informed that, the Government of Andhra Pradesh have issued Amendment Notification in G.O.Ms.No.129, Dated:15.07.2022, School Education (PROG.II) Department to G.O.Ms.No.20, School Education (PE- Progs.I) Dept., Dated: 03.03.2011 on implementation of 12 (1) (C) during the Academic 2022-2023in the State.

Further, they are informed that, the following schedule shall be followed for implementation of 12 (1) (C) during the Academic year 2022- 2023 in the State.

1.	Release of amendments notification	04.08.2022.
2.	Release of Notification for admission	10.08.2022
3.	Online Portal to made operative from	16.08.2022.
4.	Receiving of Online Applications	16.08.2022 to 26.08.2022
5.	Lottery (1st List)	30.08.2022
6.	Result	02.09.2022.
7.	Lottery (2nd List)	2nd List will be prepared based on the leftover seats.

In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the state are requested to issue vide publicity through all the print and electronic media for reaching the parents and for implementation of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act 2009 ( RTE Act 2009) as per the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.129 of the School Education (Prog.II) Department, Dated:15.07.2022.

Further, they are informed that the Admission Notification and APSOP will be communicated as per the above schedule.

ఉచిత నిర్భంద విద్యాహక్కు చట్టం సెక్షన్ 12(1) (C) అనుసరించి 2022-23 విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుంచి రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని ప్రైవేటు అన్ ఎయిడెడ్ పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశాలు అమలు చేయాలని పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ నిర్ణయించింది.

ఇందులో భాగంగా ప్రతికూల పరిస్థితులను ఎదుర్కొంటున్న వర్గాలకు చెందిన వారు (అనగా అనాథ పిల్లలు, హెచ్ఐవి బాధితుల పిల్లలు, దివ్యాంగులు) కోసం 5 శాతం, ఎస్సీలకు 10 శాతం, ఎస్టీలకు 4 శాతం మరియు బలహీన వర్గాలకు (బీసీ, మైనార్టీ, ఓసీ) చెందిన పిల్లలకు 6 శాతం సీట్లు కేటాయించడం జరిగింది. రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రైవేటు అన్ ఎయిడెడ్ పాఠశాలల్లో అర్హత కలిగిన పిల్లలకు 1వ తరగతి విద్యార్థుల నమోదులో 25% సీట్లు కేటాయించి ఫీజు రీయింబర్సుమెంట్ పద్ధతిన 2022-23 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి 1వ తరగతిలో ప్రవేశం కల్పించడం జరుగుతుంది.

ఇందులో భాగంగా గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో నివసించే బలహీన వర్గాలకు చెందిన కుటుంబాలకు వార్షిక ఆదాయం రూ. 1,20,000/- గాను, పట్టణ ప్రాంతంలో నివసించే బలహీన వర్గాలకు చెందిన కుటుంబాలకు వార్షికాదాయం రూ.1,40,000/- గాను ప్రాతిపదికగా తీసుకొని వారి కుటుంబాల పిల్లలకు అర్హులుగా నిర్ణయించడమైనది.

దీనికి సంబంధించి ఈ విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి గానూ ఉచిత నిర్బంధ విద్యకు బాలల హక్కు చట్టం, 2009 లో 12 (1)(C) అమలులో భాగంగా G.O. Ms. No.20, తేది. 03.03.2011 ఉత్తర్వులను సవరిస్తూ G.O.Ms.No.129,తేది.15.07.2022 న సవరణ నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ చేయడమైనది.

ఉచిత నిర్బంధ విద్యకు సంబంధించి బాలల హక్కు చట్టం, 2009లో 12 (1) (C) ను అమలు చేయడానికి ప్రభుత్వం వారు ఇచ్చిన మార్గదర్శకాలను అనుసరిస్తూ, ప్రైవేటు అన్ ఎయిడెడ్ పాఠశాలల్లో 1వ తరగతి విద్యార్థుల నమోదులో 25% సీట్లు కేటాయించి ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్ పద్ధతిన అడ్మిషన్స్ అందించే విధానంలో భాగంగా విద్యార్థులకు ఫీజు నిర్ణయించబడుతుంది.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం వారు సదరు ఉచిత నిర్బంధ విద్యకు బాలల హక్కు చట్టం, 2009 లో 12 (1)(C) అమలు సంబంధించి ఆన్లైన్ లో 16.08.2022 నుంచి 26.08.2022 వరకు దరఖాస్తు చేయుటకు పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ వారు http://cse.ap.gov.in వెబ్సైటులో పొందుపరచడం జరిగింది.

1వ తరగతిలో ప్రవేశము కొరకు దరఖాస్తు నమోదు చేయుట కొరకు సంబంధించిన వివరములన్నియు అనగా అర్హత, దరఖాస్తు చేయడానికి చివరి తేదీ, ప్రవేశ ప్రక్రియకు సంబంధిచిన నియమ నిబంధనలు వంటి వివరాలు మరియు విద్యాహక్కు చట్టం 2009, ఉచిత, నిర్బంధ విద్యకు బాలల హక్కు చట్టం-2009, G.O.Ms.No.129,తేది.15.07.2022 న సవరణ నోటిఫికేషన్, ప్రామాణిక కార్యాచరణ విధానాలు (Sop) వంటివి http://cse.ap.gov.in వెబ్సైటులో పొందుపరచడమైనది.
