Ref:- Instructions from the Commissioner of School Education at DSOs
meeting on 03.08.2023.

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District
Educational Ofcers in the state are informed that the State Level Task
Force Team is formed with SCERT, SSA, UNICEF, DSOs and senior teachers
to monitor all ATLs in the state.
Further, they are informed that three Task Force teams will monitor
all ATLs in the districts allotted to them from 26th November, 2023
onwards and should be complete within 15 days. ATLs and general
laboratories of all managements of high schools in each district should
monitor for 3 days. The details of the task force teams are as follows:

Hence, the District Educational Ofcers of NTR, CHITTOOR, MANYAM,
KURNOOL, KRISHNA, VISAKHAPATNAM, VIZIANAGARAM are hereby
instructed to relieve the concerned DSOs/Teachers duly treating their
absence as on duty to visit and monitor the ATLs and general laboratories
of all managements high schools in the allotted districts from 26th
November, 2023 onwards and permit them to monitor all ATL activities,
organize the meetings and review the status of ATLs.
Each Task Force team should monitor the allotted districts for 3 days
and submit the report of the factual position/status, working condition of
ATLs and general laboratories to the Commissioner of School Education,
State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha and Director, SCERT, A.P and
also attend monthly review to be organized by the Director, SCERT.
Therefore, the DEOs/APCs concerned are requested to make
arrangements like food, travel, lodging and boarding arrangements for the
DSOs. The DEOs/APCs can meet the expenditure in this regard from the
respective intervention.
