విజయవాడలోని డాక్టర్ ఎన్టీఆర్ ఆరోగ్య విశ్వవిద్యాలయం 2022-23 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించిన ప్రవేశప్రకటన విడుదల చేసింది. దీనిద్వారా యూనివర్సిటీ పరిధిలోని కళాశాలల్లో మెడికల్, డెంటల్, ఆయుష్(ఆయుర్వేద, హోమియో, యునానీ) డిగ్రీ కోర్సుల్లో కన్వీనర్ కోటా సీట్లను భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు. అలాగే తిరుపతి పద్మావతి వైద్య(మహిళల) కళాశాలలోని ఎంబీబీఎస్ సీట్లను కూడా భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు.
రాష్ట్రంలో గతేడాది మొత్తం అందుబాటులో ఉన్న 5060 ఎంబీబీఎస్ సీట్లకు ఈ ఏడాది రాజమహేంద్రవరం జీఎస్ఎల్ కళాశాల, ఏలూరు ఆశ్రమ్ కళాశాలల్లో అదనంగా 50 సీట్లు పెరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది. చిత్తూరు జిల్లా రేణిగుంటలో నిర్మించిన వైద్య కళాశాలలో కొత్తగా 150 ఎంబీబీఎస్ సీట్లకు అనుమతులు వచ్చే అవకాశాలున్నాయి.

అర్హత: ఇంటర్(బైపీసీ) అర్హతతోపాటు నీట్(యూజీ) ప్రవేశ పరీక్షలో అర్హత సాధించి ఉండాలి. జనరల్ కేటగిరీ(ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్)లో 117, ఎస్సీ/ ఎస్టీ/ బీసీ, ఇదే కేటగిరీ(వైకల్యం) ఉన్న వారికి 93, ఓసీ విభాగంలో (వైకల్యం) ఉన్న వారు 105 కటాఫ్ మార్కులు కనీస అర్హతగా నిర్ణయించారు.
వయోపరిమితి: అభ్యర్థుల కనీస వయసు 17 ఏళ్లు నిండి ఉండాలి.
దరఖాస్తు ఫీజు: ఓసీ/బీసీ అభ్యర్థులు రూ.2,950, ఎస్సీ/ఎస్టీ అభ్యర్థులు రూ.2,360 చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. దరఖాస్తు రుసుమును బ్యాంకు కార్డుల ద్వారా చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

జాతీయ స్థాయి నీట్(యూజీ) ప్రవేశ పరీక్షలో అర్హత సాధించిన అభ్యర్థులు అక్టోబర్ 13న ఉదయం 10 గంటల నుంచి అక్టోబరు 20న సాయంత్రం 6 గంటల్లోగా ఆన్‌లైన్ ద్వారా నమోదు చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. అభ్యర్థులు వెబ్‌సైట్ నుంచి డౌన్‌లోడ్‌ చేసుకొని సంబంధిత పత్రాలను అప్‌లోడ్‌ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. అభ్యర్థులకు ఏమైనా సందేహాలుంటే 89787-80501, సాంకేతిక సమస్యలుంటే 74165-63063కు ఫోన్ నెంబరులో సంప్రదించవచ్చు.

The eligible candidates have to submit their applications through online mode only along with uploading the scanned copies of all relevant original certificates and images of photo/signature.
The same application will be considered for all the rounds of the counseling including MOP-UP round counseling and also for stray vacancies, subject of fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
This Notification is for determining State Merit position for admission into Competent Authority Quota seats only i.e., “the seats remaining after contributing of 15% to All India Quota in Government Medical/Dental & AYUSH colleges and Category ‘A’ seats (50% of intake) in Private Un-aided Non-Minority and Minority Medical/Dental & AYUSH Colleges under Dr. NTR UHS, Vijayawada” and also 126 MBBS seats in Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women (under SVIMS), Tirupati.
Total number of seats available under Competent Authority Quota for the Academic Year 2021-22 is given at Annexure-I of Prospectus for information only.

The candidates are directed to follow the details /procedure as per the respective Prospectus.
State Merit position of the eligible candidates applied for will be prepared basing on the NEET UG – 2022 Score & Rank and other eligibility criteria notified hereunder. Final merit position will be displayed after verification of uploaded scanned copies of original certificates.
ELIGIBILITY: The candidates who have qualified and secured minimum percentile in NEET UG – 2022 have to apply for determining the State Merit position for Competent Authority Quota seats in respective categories, subject to the conditions specified in admission Regulations/Prospectus. (Refer Regulations/ Prospectus of the respective courses for detailed clarifications available on the University website).
The candidate should be an Indian National and should satisfy the Local or Non-local status in Andhra Pradesh (Residence requirement) as laid down in Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admissions) Order, 1974. Selection will be done as per the procedure laid down in the G.O.P.No.646, dated 10.07.1979 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.42, Higher Education (EC2) Department, dated. 18.05.2009.

As per G.O.Ms.No.254, HM & FW (C1) Department, dated.11.10.2022, the Government of Andhra Pradesh issued amendments to the A.P. Government Professional Institutions (Regulation of Admissions into Under Graduate Medical and Dental Professional Courses) Rules 2004 which reads as follows:
AMENDMENT
In the said rules, in rule 3, in clause (a), after the words “Indian Nationals”, the following expression shall be omitted, namely, –
As per G.O.Ms.No.255, HM & FW (C1) Department, dated.11.10.2022, the Government of Andhra Pradesh issued amendments to the A.P. Un-aided Non-Minority Professional Institutions (Regulation of Admissions into Undergraduate Medical and Dental Professional courses) Rules 2007 which reads as follows:
AMENDMENT
In rule 3 of the said rules, for clause (a), the following shall be substituted, namely, –
“(a) Nationality and Domicile: The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy Local, Non-Local status requirement as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974 as amended in G.O. (P) No.646 Education
(W) department, dated 10.07.1979.
Provided that, Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) /Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Cardholders are eligible for admission only against any Non-Resident Indian seat or any supernumerary seat;
Provided further that, the OCI Cardholder shall not be eligible for admission against any seat reserved exclusively for Indian Citizens.”
The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Biotechnology and English.
OC candidates should obtain not less than 50% marks in Science subjects.
BC/SC/ST candidates should obtain not less than 40% marks in science subjects.
OC PwD candidates should obtain not less than 45% marks in science subjects.
The candidate should have qualified in NEET UG -2022 conducted by National Testing Agency, New Delhi.
OC candidates should secure not less than 50th percentile in NEET UG -2022.
BC/SC/ST candidates should secure not less than 40th percentile in NEET UG -2022.
OC PwD candidates should secure not less than 45th percentile in NEET UG -2022.
The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31-12-2022. The candidates who do not complete 17 years as on 31-12-2022 are not eligible for admission into MBBS, BDS & AYUSH Courses and they need not apply for the counseling.
The candidates who claim for admission under Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category shall mention in the online application that they are applying under PwD category and have to appear before the Medical Board, to be constituted by the Competent Authority and notified by the University for Eligibility under PwD status.
The candidates are advised to download and read the respective Prospectus/Regulations carefully before filling the online application form for admission into MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS & BUMS Courses for the Academic Year 2022-23 available in the website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in The candidates also have to verify their eligibility under local and non-local category.

Instructions to the candidates:-
The candidates are advised to download and read the respective Prospectus of the course and instructions for filling Online Application available in the University Website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in before filling the online Application.
Scrutiny of uploaded data shall be done by the University and concerned Departmental Officials. After scrutiny of certificates, provisional merit list will be released and final merit list will be released later. Candidates are advised to refer to University website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in for further notifications / Instructions / Notices regarding schedule for exercising web options.
Note: The process of admissions into UG Medical/Dental/AYUSH courses will be in accordance with the Orders issued from time to time by Government of Andhra Pradesh.
The On-line application form with the following lacunae will be rejected automatically. No communication will be sent in this regard.
If any of the mandatory certificates are not uploaded.
Applications with incomplete details / photo and signature.
If any of the uploaded certificates are invisible/not properly uploaded.
If the certificates are not properly scanned due to which the eligibility criteria cannot be determined.
Due to Covid-19 and Pandemic conditions, the verification of certificates will be done basing on the uploaded scanned certificates. No separate notification will be given for verification of Original certificates. The candidates claiming reservation under special categories i.e. PwD, NCC, CAP and Sports & Games, are advised to watch the University website for further notifications / Notices.
The candidate should submit the Printout of the filled in Online application form personal verification status along with all Original certificates along with One set of self attested Copies to the Principal of allotted college at the time of joining for final verification. In case of any discrepancy, the Provisional allotment order will be cancelled without any notice. The candidates are informed not to send the print out of application form to the University.
If the information furnished by candidate in the application is incorrect, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled and further action that deems fit will be taken. If the certificates produced by any candidate are found to be fake / false/forged at any stage of verification or admission, the University has every right to cancel the seat / admission of such candidate without any notice.
In case of discrepancy in the downloaded provisional verification form, the same shall be brought to the notice of the University immediately.
The Orders issued from time to time by Ministry of Health, Govt. of India, New Delhi/NMC/DCI/ Health Medical and Family Welfare, Govt. of AP, and AYUSH, Govt. of AP with regard to Admission to Medical, Dental & AYUSH Courses shall apply respectively.
Admission will be only for candidates, who have secured minimum cutoff score prescribed for that category in NEET – UG – 2022 and fulfilling the eligibility conditions.
