The attention of all the District Educational Officers and District
Intermediate Educational officers in the state is invited to the references
cited,wherein the School Games Federation of India has released National
Calendar for conduct to National School Games with Schedule. In this connection, it is hereby allocated the Inter-district
Tournaments to various districts by reviewing the proposals received from
the respective Organizing Secretaries and permission is granted for the
following Inter-District Tournaments(State Level)to be conducted on the
designated dates and venues specified below.Further,following School
Assistants(PE)have been appointed as Organizing Secretaries and observer to ensure the smooth and successful execution of these events.

Additionally,the Organizing Secretaries are instructed to collect
eligibility forms in triplicate duly attested, at the time of player
reporting to the event,and are also directed to submit a soft copy of
Photos,Videos and hard copy of the Tournament Resolution Book, Check List,Grievance Committee report,and feedback reports
from the players countersigned with the District School Games Secretary
on each page along with unused/canceled Merit certificates and also
strictly instructed not to issue empty certificates to the players
both merit/participation after the tournaments.Observers are instructed to get feedback from all the Districts Coaches and managers. Further,the Observers are instructed to visit the venues a day
before the commencement of the tournaments to Verify and assess
the arrangements and constitute a selection committee comprising
three experts in the respective Games/Sports from the below-specined
regions for impartial selection of the players.

No.9440129593 &7013001792. Therefore,District Education officers of Tirupati,Palnadu,Dr.B.R
Ambedkar Konaseema,Sri Satya Sai districts and District Intermediate
Educational Officer NTR(Erstwhile Krishna)are requested to relieve the
above Organizing Secretaries, Observers, and the SA PE/PETs
accompanying the players as Coaches and Managers and also to issue
clear instructions to the District School Game Secretaries for sending
players to the designated venues to participate in the Inter-district
tournaments.
