All the District Educational Ofcers and the Additional Project
Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are informed that PMeVidya,
an innovative initiative by the Ministry of Education, Government of India,
designed to sustain education through ICT, ofering diverse resources via
digital platforms, DTH TV Channels, community radio, and more. A key
aspect is the ‘One Class-One Channel’ feature, dedicating 12 DTH channels
to transmit educational content for Class 1 to 12 based on the NCERT
curriculum.
DIKSHA, a transformative digital platform, revolutionizes education by
providing a centralized repository of interactive content for students,
teachers, and parents. The platform facilitates access to pedagogical
resources, lesson plans, and collaborative learning environments.
In Andhra Pradesh, active telecasting through 5 DTH channels is
ongoing. The State Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT)
has organized eContent workshops for Classes 3 to 10, ensuring content
availability for IFPs, Smart Televisions, AP ePathshala APP, DIKSHA APP,
and AP ePathashala YouTube Channel.
A total of 575 videos, as stated below, have been developed and are
uploaded on DIKSHA platform has created class-wise playlists for the
content and designed an attractive clickable PDF (ANNEXURE -1 attached
below) with content links for comfortable and easy access by students and
teachers.

The DIKSHA platform can be easily accessed with any compatible
digital device, even without installing the DIKSHA APP, and can be
seamlessly integrated into the teaching-learning process. A highlighted
feature of the DIKSHA platform/APP is that these content items are designed
to interactively engage with students and teachers.
Therefore all the District Educational Ofcers, Additional Project
Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha, and Principals of DIETs in the state are
requested to disseminate the mentioned content to all students and teachers
with instructions on its use as per their needs.
