All the District Educational Officers are hereby instructed that the upcoming SSC Public Examinations, March-2023, Advanced Supplementary Examinations, June-2023 and other minor examinations shall be conducted in the new “26” districts pattern i.e., by considering each new district as one unit.
In this regard, the District Educational Officers of the new 13 districts are hereby instructed to make in-charge arrangements for ACGE from an Assistant Director in the O/o DEO to conduct the SSC Public Examinations, March-2023, Advanced Supplementary Examinations, June-2023 and other minor examinations in the concerned District as directed, until further
All the District Educational Officers of the above-mentioned Districts shall communicate the details about the incharge arrangements viz., Name, Designation, Official Phone Number, Official Email ID etc. to the undersigned and the Director of Government Examinations at the earliest.
The incharge ACGE concerned shall assist the DEOs in the conduct of examinations and shall discharge the duties and responsibilities associated with the conduct of examinations as per the job chart in the O. 3rd cited, in addition to the existing responsibilities, until further orders.
The incharge ACGE concerned, while discharging the duties associated with the conduct of examinations, shall comply with the orders and directions of the Director of Government Examinations, A.P., and Deputy Commissioners for Government Examinations, O/o DGE and shall function in coordination with the concerned Assistant Commissioners for Government Examinations, O/o DGE and shall report to the DGE on all the matters of examinations from time to time, as directed, until further orders.
The incharge ACGE concerned shall ensure complete confidentiality in the conduct of examinations, especially while handling the confidential examination material and during the conduct of examinations, and shall be accountable for all the activities associated with the conduct of examinations till the conclusion of the examination duties.
The incharge ACGE concerned shall ensure strict implementation of The Andhra Pradesh (Prevention of Malpractices and Unfair Means) Act, 1997 (Act. No. 25 of 1997) during the conduct of examinations. Any deviation in compliance with the orders will be viewed seriously, and necessary action will be taken as per the rules in vogue.
The Director of Government Examinations, A.P., and the District Educational Officers of the above-mentioned districts shall take necessary action accordingly.
