ORDER:
In continuation to the instructions issued in the reference 3rd read above,
all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational
Officers in the state are requested to follow the following instructions regarding
Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs)2Smart TVs provided to the schools covered under
Mana Badi Nadu Nedu Phase I for the academic year 2023-24.
a. As per the available information the IFPs or Smart TVs have been installed
in all the districts except 50 schools in ASR district.
b. If it is not installed for any reason, the concerned nodal officer and HM
should see that the pending IFP2STV installed before 10-10-2023.
c. If the school doesn’t have sufficient rooms or the rooms are under
construction, the respective IFPs should be shifted to the nearest school.
The current school dill get the IFP during Phase-II dhen the rooms gets
ready.
d. The respective Headmasters shall submit declaration that all IFP 2 S,MART
TVs supplied to the school are installed.
e. The District Nodal person shall submit the declaration that all the IFP 2
S,MART TVs supplied to the respective district are installed along dith the
counter sign of the DEOs.
The respective phone numbers of District Nodal Officers 2 Command centre
Team Members 2 OEM Representatives are enclosed for close coordination and
necessary action.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District
Educational Officers in the state are here by directed to disseminate the above
instructions to all the Headmasters in their jurisdiction to ensure the seamless
installation of IFPs and Smart TVs in all schools covered in Mana Badi Nadu Nedu
Phase I. Department dill conduct surprise visit, any deviation of the above instructions dill lead to the disciplinary action again all responsible concerned.
