BRAOU B.Ed-SE (ODL) Registration for admission & Uploading the Certificates
The candidates who have qualified in the entrance test held on 06-06-2023, are hereby
informed to pay Registration fee of Rs.500/- for online Registration (WEB options) for B.Ed. (SE)
Admissions for the year 2022-25. The preliminary certificates verification will be done through
online. The candidates have to upload the scanned copies of relevant certificates. Soon after
certificate verification the candidate will be allowed to exercise web options. Seat allotment will be
done based on the merit and considering the statutory reservations. After all this process,
provisionally selected candidates have to pay prescribed tuition fee of Rs.40.000/- (Rupees. Forty
thousand only) and report to the University along with the original certificates and the tuition fee
receipt. The provisional allotment order, and ID card will be issued to student only after successful
verification of original certificates by the University.
The qualified candidates of B.Ed. (SPECIAL EDUCATION) admission Entrance TEST-2022 are informed to give your
options through online for admission into Two and half years B.Ed (Spl.Education) programme through ODL for the
academic years 2022-2025, as per the schedule given below.

Candidates are informed that they should satisfy the admission rules and should be prepared to pay the tuition
fee as applicable.
This notification itself is a call for web counseling. No separate call letters will be sent to the individual
candidates.
Mere attending of the web counseling does not guarantee a seat.
All candidates are informed to register online at www.braouonline.in from 03-10-2023 to 10-10-2023
and furnish all information in the application form. All the entries should be correct and the candidate is
responsible for any incorrect entry. All the candidates have to pay non-refundable Processing Fee of Rs.
500=.00 (Rupees Five Hundred only) towards Registration – cum – Verification process which has to be paid
through online (Credit Cards/Debit Cards/Internet Banking).
Tuition fee particulars and seats available at each Programme centre will be notified on the University Portal
www.braouonline.in well in advance before the commencement of counseling (option entry). Tuition Fee
must be paid by candidates as fixed by the University. Time duration of B.Ed (SE) programme is Two and
half years.
b. BRAOU B.Ed-SE (ODL) Eligibility:
- The Candidate should be an Indian Citizen.
- Candidates with at least 50% per cent marks either in the Bachelors Degree
(B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.C.A./B.Sc. (Home Science)/ BBM).BBA/B.E/B.Tech. with
specialization in Science and Mathematics with 50 % marks or any other qualification
equivalent there-to, are eligible for admission to the programme. However the candidates
belonging to SC/ST/BC/PH should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying
examination. - However, Weightage will be given to the candidates fulfilling any one of the following
conditions:
Parent of a child with disability, possessing Disability Certificate issued by the
Competent Authority.
Candidate with disability possessing Disability Certificate issued by the Competent
Authority.
Possession of any RCI approved Diploma/Degree. - The reservations for SC/ST/BC/PWD categories shall be as per the rules in vogue.
Note: As per the G.O.MS.No: 92 and G.O.M.S. No.13, & RCI Norms the candidates who have passed
B.Sc, AS.L Pet MBBS/BDS/BPT/BAMS/BL/LLB/B.Pharm/BHMT/BVSC/B.Sc.(AG)/BA(Languages)/BOL,BMR,
etc, and other such Professional and Job Oriented courses are not eligible for admission into B.Ed. (SE)
Programme.
ii. B.Ed. SE Programme is offered in three Specializations. Viz,
Visual Impairment (VI)
Hearing Impairment (HI)
Intellectual Disability (ID)
The candidate has to choose any one of the above Specializations.
C. Certificates to be uploaded at the time of Registration and filling an application form for BRAOU B.Ed-SE (ODL)
- B.Ed. (SE) Admission Entrance TEST-2022-23 Rank Card
- B.Ed. (SE) Admission Entrance TEST-2022-23 Hall Ticket
- Degree certificate of qualifying exam and memorandum of marks
- Intermediate Memo-cum pass certificate or its equivalent
- SSC or its equivalent marks memo
- Study certificates from 9th class to Degree.
- Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination i.e., graduation
in respect of candidates who have studied privately without any institutionalized
education. - Residence certificate of either of the parents in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh State for 10
years in case of non-local candidates excluding the period of employment outside the
state. This certificate should be obtained from the Tahsildar. - In respect of Non-Local candidates in order to consider them for allotment under
unreserved seats the following certificates have to be submitted. - Integrated community certificate (Caste Certificate) issued by the competent authority in
case of BC/SC/ST candidates, if applicable - The Muslim and Christian Minority Candidates should upload the “TC” of the SSC
containing Minority status (or) in the absence of TC, a Certificate issued by the Head of
the Institution in which the student studied/appeared for SSC or its equivalent
examination.. - Special category certificates- PH
- Parent of child with disability.
- RCI Approved Diploma/Degree
Note: – *If any information furnished by the candidates is found to be false or incorrect at
a later stage, the admission of such candidates will be canceled by the University.
- Further the University reserves the right to cancel the admission of the candidates
at any stage, if it is detected that admission is give against the rules.
d. BRAOU B.Ed-SE (ODL) SPECIAL CATEGORY:
Certificates to be produced by PH : All original certificates
should be scanned and uploaded.
- PH- Certificate issued by the District Medical Board (Sidearm). Candidates with 40%
and above disability are only eligible
e. BRAOU B.Ed-SE (ODL) Certificate Verification and Counseling:
- The preliminary certificates verification will be done based on scanned copies of
original documents uploaded and as per norms. - In case of any doubt, enquiry mayl be done over phone to establish the veracity and
correctness of documents. - Procedure for exercising options will be made available on the website i.e.,
www.braouonline.in well before the commencement of the option entry. - List of Provisionally selected candidates shall be prepared programm centre wise and
will be display in the website i.e. www.braouonline.in and conformation SMS will be
sent to the valid mobile number furnished in the application of the candidates. - Tuition fee has to be paid through online by visiting www.braouonline.in website.
- Final allotment of seat for admission is subject to satisfactory verification of all
original certificates at university and producing fee payment receipt. - Candidates have to report at the concerned programme centre and produce allotment
of admission ID card within the stipulated time. - Allotment admission ID card will be issued by the University, which has to be
submitted by the student at the programme centre. - Candidates have to submit two sets of attested copies of required certificates at the
University.
f. Rules of Reservation for admission into BRAOU B.Ed-SE (ODL).
Admissions will be made as per rules of reservations in vogue at the time of Counseling.
- 85% of the quota of seats shall be reserved for the local candidates; the remaining
15% shall be reserved non local seats.
