APSAMAHRA SIKSHA: GCDO, sectoral officers at the District POSTS FILLING INSTRUCTIONS
Sub: APSS, Amaravati – Representations of certain individuals received in the office of the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, AP, Amaravati for the post of GCDO, Samagra Shiksha, Visakhapatnam – Instructions Issued – Reg.
Ref: Lr.Rc.No.E-305376/SSA-ESTT/2020-SA(A)-APSSAVSP, Dt.31.03.2022 of the Additional Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha, Visakhapatnam district.
The District Educational Officer and the Additional Project Coordinator Samagra Shiksha, Visakhapatnam are hereby informed that the sectoral officers at the District are filled by District committee duly notifying and receiving applications. Hence the question of a teacher belonging to one district applying for other district is not permissible as per norms. Further, in the notification it is clearly mentioned that application should be submitted in the respective district project offices in which the teacher is working
In view of the above and as per the per the existing guidelines, the request of the individual can’t be accepted and, hence, the DEO and the APC are requested to keep the same in the notice of the District Collectors concerned.
This has the approval of the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.
