O R D E R :
All the District Educational Officers &Ex-officio Project Coordinators and the Additional District Project Officers of Samaga Shiksha in the State are informed that the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh is pleased to accord permission to release the maintenance grant to all IERCs in the State. The Budget allotted to each Bhavitha and Non Bhavitha centers is Rs.10,000 per year under maintenance grant to all IERCS for electricity bill, sanitary material, utensils, floor and bathroom cleaning items, drinking water, registers/ Records that are to be maintained.
The budget allocation to the districts is herewith submitted below in detail.

Guidelines for utilization of the grant are as follows:

Proper register for the electricity bills should be maintained.

The stationary like notebooks for HI & LD, pencils, colored pencils, chalk pieces, duster, simple painting and drawing books etc need to be utilized in a proper manner and maintain the register.

The cleaning items need to be utilized.

Safe drinking water to be provided to the CwSN.

All the bills are to be endorsed by IE & Asst.IE Coordinators and then

Submit to the DPO in the assigned time.
Hence, all the District Educational Officers & Ex -officio Project Coordinators and the Additional District Project Officers of Samaga Shiksha, in the State are hereby instructed to sanction and release an amount of Rs. 10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand only) for maintenance grants (for providing amenities such as sanitary material, current bill, drinking water etc.) for each IERC (Bhavitha Centre) per year duly meeting the expenditure from the District Management Cost.
