BRAOU B.Ed (ODL) ADMISSION 2023-25 WEB COUNSELING: The candidates who got rank in the entrance test held on 05-03-2024 are hereby informed to pay Registration Fee of Rs.500/- for online Registration and exercising WEB options for B.Ed. Admissions for the year 2023-25. The candidates have to upload the scanned copies of relevant certificates and exercise web options. Seat allotment will be done based on the merit and considering the social reservations. After all this process, provisionally selected candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fee of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) and report to the University along with the original certificates and the tuition fee receipt. The provisional allotment order and ID card will be issued to student only after successful verification of original certificates by the University.
The qualified candidates of B.Ed. admission Entrance TEST-2023 are informed to attend web based counseling for admission into Two years (2) B.Ed programme through ODL for the academic years 2023-2024, as per the schedulegiven below:

Candidates are informed that they should satisfy the admission rules and prepared to pay the tuitionfee as applicable. This notification itself is a call for web counseling. No separate call letters will be sent to the individual candidates. Mere attending of the web counseling does not guarantee a seat. All the candidates are informed to register online at www.braouonline.in from 25-04- 2024 to 30-04-2024 and furnish all information in the application form. All the entries should be correct and the candidate is responsible for any incorrect entry. All the candidates have to pay non – refundable Processing Fee Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred only) towards Registration cum Verification process which has to be paid online through Internet Banking /Debit Cards /Credit Cards. Tuition fee particulars and seats available at each Programme Centre wise will be
hosted on the website: www.braou.ac.in well before the commencement of counseling (option entry). Tuition Fee(Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) ) as fixed by the University. Time duration of B.Ed. Programme is Two years.

BRAOU B.ED ODL PROGRAME WEB COUNSELING Eligibility:
The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
Candidates should have passed with at least 50% of marks either B.A./ B.Sc./B.Com./ B.C.A./B.Sc. (Home Science)/ BBM/BBA/ B.E/B.Tech.
The candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC/PWD should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination.
The students who wish to take admission in B.Ed. with B.E/ B.Tech must have Science/Mathematics as one of the subjects.
B.C.A. candidate must pass Intermediate with concern subjects to opt the Methodology.
The Candidates who have completed (passed) the qualifying examination conducted during the month of July, 2023 on or before are only eligible.
The candidate not have required percentage of marks in Undergraduate, the marks secured in Post-Graduation will be considered (If he/she studied relevant subject at PG)
The following categories are eligible to be seek admission into B.Ed. (ODL): (i) Trained in-Service teachers in elementary education. (ii) Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to face mode.
The reservations for SC/ST/BC/PWD categories shall be as per the rules in vogue.
EWS quota seats will be allotted to the eligible candidates on production of the relevant certificates/documents.
PH, Sports, NCC and CAP quota seats will be allotted to the eligible candidates on production of the relevant certificates/documents.
Candidate should have completed 21 years as on 1st July 2023. There shall be no upper age limit. Note: i. As per the GOMS No: 92 and GOMS NO.13, the candidates who passed MBBS/BDS/BPT/BAMS/BL/LLB/B.Pharm/BHMT/BVSC/B.Sc.(AG)/B.A.(Languages)/BOL etc. and other such Professional and Job Oriented courses are not eligible for admission into B.Ed. Programme. ii. Diploma in ECE /PSE, Diploma in Arts Education and other Pre-Primary Teacher Training Certificate/Diploma (PPTTC) completed candidates are not eligible for admission into B.Ed. (ODL) Programme.

Certificate Verification and Counseling BRAOU B.Ed (ODL) PROGRAME:
Provisionally selected candidates must personally attend for original certificates verification at CSTD Hall, Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Road No 46, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
Procedure for exercising options will be made available on the University portal i.e. www.braouonline.in well before the commencement of the option entry.
List of Provisionally selected candidates will be prepared Programme Centre wise and will be placed in the University portal i.e. www.braouonline.in and SMS will be sent to the valid mobile number furnished in the application.
Tuition fee has to be paid through online by visiting the University portal www.braouonline.in .
Final allotment of seat for admission is subject to satisfactory verification of all original certificates at university and producing fee payment receipt.
Candidates have to report to the concerned Pogramme Centre and produce allotment order within the stipulated time.
Allotment order will be issued by the University, which has to be submitted by the student at the Programme Centre allotted.
Candidates have to submit a set of attested copies of all certificates to the University. f. Rules of Reservation for admission. Admissions will be made as per Rules of Reservations in vogue at the time of Counseling.
