The attention of the Regional Joint Director of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above and they are informed that the Government have issued orders stating that the implementation of CBSE assessments for 10^th class in the said 1000 schools, is deferred for the time being and it will be taken up once the capacities of student and teachers arrive at the minimum threshold. It is also decided that a gradual transformation to better standards in assessments would be taken up from 6^th -grade onwards in all Government schools from the academic year 2025-26, which provides a structed transition, enabling students and teachers to become accustomed to the new system without overwhelming them.

Consequently, the Government hereby further ordered to shift all the existing 10^th class students in the said 1000 schools to SSC Board for 2024-25 final assessments.

Further informed that several representations were received regarding the review of the syllabus of Hindi subject for class X. In this regard, a meeting was conducted on 24.09.2024 at 10.30 AM with union leaders of the Hindi subject to review the syllabus. Therein they have given their consent and suggestions.

Accordingly, the following action plan is prepared for completion of the syllabus to the students for class X including 1000 CBSE schools:

• The syllabus should be completed on or before 30^th November-2024.
• Conduct F.A-1 assessments for Hindi (Syllabus: June and July internally at school level in 1^st October,2024.
• प: 1 – कबबीर – ससाखबी, उप: 1- हररहर कसाकसा, प: 2- मबीरसा – पद , ग: 8- बड़ड़बसाा ससाहब)
• The Syllabus completion, schedule and examination pattern from A. -2 onwards shall be as per the Academic Calendar communicated by the SCERT, A.P., Amaravati.

Further, the below-mentioned chapters are deleted and not included in the action plan enclosed herewith:-

1) पद्य भसाग – 7 आत्मतसाण
2) गद्य भसाग – 11 तबीसरबी कसम कड़ वशलल् पकसार लैललद
3) गद्य भसाग – 12 अब कहसासाहााँ दसरर कड़ द द दख सड़ द द खबी हहहड़ वशसााल द
4) उपपसाचक – 3 टहपबी लदक्लसा

• The detailed day-wise action plan (attached herewith) for teaching the Hindi Syllabus shall be followed strictly.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby instructed to issue instructions to all the Principals / Headmasters in their jurisdiction to follow the action plan scrupulously and complete the syllabus within the schedule to avoid the hardship of the students and report compliance in this regard every fortnight without fail.

The receipt of these orders shall be acknowledged.
