ORDER:

In continuation to the orders issued vide reference 5^th cited, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference read above, wherein the Government has also extended the project for the academic year 2023-24 and 31,884 Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs) to the are being supplied under Mana Badi Nadu Nedu Phase II. Majority of these devices were supplied to the school points.

In this context, it is directed that all the devices are to be installed and made functional in the Schools by 31-01-2023.

Despite of clear instructions for ensuring functional electricity, power points, earthing to the building etc. still this office is in receipt of complaints by the OEMs that the Classrooms are not ready for installing the said devices and the Headmasters are not responding properly.

In this regard, the following instructions are issued :

• Respective Headmaster shall ensure that all the IFPs delivered shall be installed immediately without any delay by coordinating with respective OEMs/ Service Engineers.
• If construction is still going, they shall prioritise the classrooms first duly fixing the doors, windows and completing the Electrical wiring etc.
• Respective HM and Staff shall be available during Pongal vacation until completion of Installation.
• Inspecting officers shall be responsible for completion of the above installations in their jurisdiction.

 Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators (SS) in the state are requested to bestow their personnel attention and directed to disseminate the above information to all the Headmasters to ensure the seamless installation of IFPs and Smart TVs in all schools covered in Mana Badi Nadu Nedu Phase II.

Any deviation will be viewed very serious
