Regional Institute of Education, Mysore.
In the reference 1st cited, the Principal, Regional Institute of Education,
Mysore informed that National Council of Educational Research and Training
(NCERT) is offering a one year Diploma Course in Guidance and Counselling
(DCGC) through distance (six months : January – June, 2024), face-to-face mode (3
months: July – September 2024) at respective study centers and internship (3
months: October – December, 2024) in home town for enhancing the skills and
competencies of teachers to promote holistic development of pupils and handle their
academic, socio-emotional and ethical problems.
While communicating the above letter to all the Principals of APR Schools,
they are hereby instructed to circulate the information to the Teachers concerned and
inform the willing & interested Teachers to apply for the said training program through
(www.ncert.nic.in) or www.riemysore.ac.in websites on or before 03/11/2023.
