AP universities professors’ recruitment 2023 vacancies and all g.o’s: A recruitment notification will be issued on October 20th for filling 3,282 teaching posts across 18 state universities in AP.

ఏపీలోని యూనివర్సిటీల్లో ఖాళీల భర్తీకి రంగం సిద్ధమైంది. మొత్తం 18 విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల్లో 3,282 ఆచార్యుల పోస్టుల భర్తీకి అక్టోబ‌రు 20న ప్రకటన వెలువరిస్తామని రాష్ట్ర ఉన్నత విద్యా మండలి ఛైర్మన్‌ ఆచార్య కె.హేమచంద్రారెడ్డి పేర్కొన్న విషయం తెలిసిందే. వీటితో పాటు మరో 70 పోస్టులను డిప్యుటేషన్‌పై తీసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుందని ఆయన వెల్లడించారు. ప్రొఫెసర్‌ పోస్టుల భర్తీలో భాగంగా ప్రస్తుతం పనిచేస్తున్న అడహాక్‌ ఆచార్యులకు పది శాతం మార్కులు వెయిటేజీ ఇవ్వాలని సీఎం నిర్ణయించారని తెలిపారు. భర్తీ సమయంలో 1:12 మంది వంతున, వారి నుంచి మళ్లీ 1:4 నిష్పత్తిలో ఎంపిక చేస్తారన్నారు. ఈ ప్రక్రియలో సదరు అధ్యాపకుడు అకడమిక్‌గా సాధించిన ప్రగతిని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుంటామని చెప్పారు. బోధనేతర సిబ్బంది పోస్టుల భర్తీకి సైతం బోధన సిబ్బంది నియామకంలో అనుసరిస్తున్న విధానాన్ని (రేషనలైజేషన్‌ ప్రక్రియను) అనుసరిస్తామని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఏ వర్సిటీకి ఎంతమంది బోధనేతర సిబ్బంది అవసరమో లెక్కించి నివేదిక ఇవ్వడానికి ఉర్దూ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం వీసీ రహమాన్‌తో కమిటీని నియమించామని వివరించారు.

K. Hemachandra Reddy, Chairman of the State Council of Higher Education, has disclosed that an official notification is set to be released on October 20th, initiating the recruitment process to fill 3,282 teaching positions across 18 state universities. Additionally, there will be a requirement for 70 positions to be filled through deputation.

Addressing the press on October 16th at Nannaya University in East Godavari District, he highlighted that the Chief Minister has made a significant decision. Ad hoc teachers presently in service will receive a 10 percent marks weightage in the selection process for these teaching positions. During the recruitment phase, a ratio of 1:12 will be employed to reselect candidates from the pool. Academic performance and progress of the teachers will be key factors considered during this phase.

ORDER:-

In pursuance of the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh vide references 1 and 2 read above, in the references 3″ to 9th and 11th read above, the Secretary, A.P. State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Mangalagiri, has furnished the details of vacancies to be filled with regard to Backlog vacancies and Regular Vacancies, after rationalization of faculty positions in respect of 18 Universities under the administrative control of Higher Education Department, has requested the Government to issue necessary orders for the Universities to take up the recruitment process.

The Secretary, A.P. State Council of Higher Education and the Registrar, Andhra University shall take immediate necessary action for issue of appropriate recruitment Notifications, duly following the procedure laid down in the Act/Statutes/Regulations of the University.
