In the reference 1st cited, in order to provide a comprehensive educational
experience to the students, the Government of A.P., is set to launch Application/Bot,
namely “Doubt Clearance Bot” developed by Convergencies for off-school hours doubt
clearing session in the subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, English
and TOEFL preparation till September, 2024 with free of cost. The application will be
installed on all the tablets (TABS) supplied to the teachers and students and
Interactive Panels (IFPs)
While communicating the above G.O to all the Principals of APR Schools they
are hereby instructed to make use of the Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Bot i.e.,
“Doubt Clearance Bot” by the Students & Teachers. Further, they are hereby
informed that as the program is purely free of cost the Principals are instructed to not
commit in any financial implications during the period i.e., before September, 2024
and after September, 2024. Follow the modifications if any in future issued by the
Government time to time in this regard.
