AP TEACHERS TEACHERS 2022 CLARIFICATIONS
*♻️బదిలీ క్లారిఫికేషన్‌లలోని ముఖ్య అంశాలు:*
👉 CSE Procgs Dt:14.10.2021 మార్గదర్శకాల ప్రకారం *పదోన్నతి పొందిన* ఉపాధ్యాయులు *బదిలీల కోసం తప్పనిసరిగా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి*. అయితే, 31.08.2024 లేదా అంతకు ముందు పదవీ విరమణ చేయబోయే వారికి ఈ విషయంలో మినహాయింపు ఉంది
👉40%తో విజువల్లీ ఛాలెంజ్డ్ టీచర్లందరూ. 80% మరియు అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ వైకల్యం ఉన్న OHకి బదిలీల నుండి మినహాయింపు ఉంది.
👉మండల్‌ను యూనిట్‌గా తీసుకొని I, II, మరియు III కేటగిరీలలో దామాషా ప్రకారం అదే సంఖ్యలో ఖాళీలను బ్లాక్ చేయండి
*💥స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్లు (SAs) నిరోధించడం:*
👉హైస్కూళ్లలో ఖాళీలు ఏవీ నిరోధించబడవు (అంటే, 3-10/6-10)
👉98 కంటే ఎక్కువ బలాలు ఉన్న ప్రీ హైస్కూల్స్‌లో ఖాళీలు దామాషా ప్రకారం నిరోధించబడతాయి. ఏవైనా ఖాళీలు మిగిలి ఉంటే, బలం తక్కువగా ఉన్న ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల్లో (6-10) ఖాళీలను బ్లాక్ చేయండి
*💥సెకండరీ గ్రేడ్ టీచర్లు (SGTలు) నిరోధించడం*
👉ఫౌండేషనల్ స్కూల్స్/ఫౌండేషనల్ స్కూల్ ప్లస్ బలం 21 నుండి 30 వరకు – ఖాళీలు దామాషా ప్రకారం బ్లాక్ చేయబడతాయి.
👉ఏదైనా ఖాళీలు మిగిలి ఉంటే, అత్యధిక క్యాడర్ స్ట్రెంత్ (పోస్టులు) ప్రకారం ఫౌండేషన్ స్కూల్స్/ఫౌండేషనల్ స్కూల్ ప్లస్‌లలో ఖాళీలను బ్లాక్ చేయండి.
*💥కీలక సవరణలు*
👉పునర్-విభజన ద్వారా ప్రభావితమైన ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు (Gr.II)/ఉపాధ్యాయులు (మ్యాపింగ్‌తో సంబంధం లేకుండా అన్ని సందర్భాలు) ఇప్పటికే సురక్షిత పాయింట్‌ల కంటే ఎక్కువ అదనపు పాయింట్లకు అర్హులైన వారికి పునః-విభజన పాయింట్‌లు (5) ఇవ్వబడతాయి.
👉జిల్లా స్థాయిలో గుర్తింపు పొందిన ఉపాధ్యాయ సంఘం అధ్యక్షుడు మరియు ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి కూడా (5) ప్రత్యేక పాయింట్లకు అర్హులు.
👉హెడ్‌మాస్టర్ (Gr.II)/టీచర్ ద్వారా ఆన్‌లైన్ బదిలీకి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవడానికి చివరి తేదీ 19.12.2022 వరకు పొడిగించబడింది.
👉DEO పూల్/ప్రీ-హైస్కూల్‌లోని అన్ని భాషా పండిట్‌లు బదిలీల కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.
👉DDO ద్వారా ఆన్‌లైన్ దరఖాస్తుల వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం చివరి తేదీ 20.12.2022 వరకు పొడిగించబడింది. అయితే, సమయపాలనలకు (20.12.2022) కట్టుబడి ఉండేలా DDOలు ఎప్పటికప్పుడు బదిలీ దరఖాస్తులను ఏకకాలంలో ధృవీకరించాలి
*❇️Key Points in the Transfer Clarifications*⬇️
*❇️The Teachers who have been promoted as per the guidelines of CSE Procgs Dt:14.10.2021 shall compulsorily apply for transfersHowever, who are going to retire on or before 31.08.2024 are exempted in this regard*
*❇️All Visually Challenged Teachers with 40 %. OH with 80% and above disability are exempted from transfers.*
*❇️Block the same number of vacancies proportionately in categories I, II, and III taking Mandal as a unit*
*✳️School Assistants (SAs) Blocking:*
*❇️No vacancies shall be blocked in High Schools (i.e., 3-10/6-10)*
*❇️Vacancies shall be blocked proportionately in the Pre High Schools with more than 98 strengths. If any vacancies are left, then block the vacancies in high schools (6-10) where the strength is low*
*✳️Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTs) Blocking*
*❇️Foundational Schools/Foundational School Plus where strength is 21 to 30 – Vacancies shall be blocked proportionately.*
*❇️If any vacancies are left, then block the vacancies in Foundational Schools/Foundational School Plus as per the highest cadre strength (posts).*
*✳️Key Modifications*
*❇️Re-apportionment points (5) will be awarded to those Headmasters (Gr.II)/Teachers who are affected by re-apportionment (all cases irrespective of mapping) are eligible for extra points over and above already secured points.*
*❇️The President and General Secretary of the Recognized Teachers Union at the District Level are also eligible for (5) special points.*
*❇️The last date for applying for online transfer by Headmaster (Gr.II)/Teacher is extended upto 19.12.2022.*
*❇️All Language Pandits in DEO Pool/Pre-High School shall apply for transfers.*
*❇️The last date for verification of online applications by the DDO is extended upto 20.12.2022. However, the DDOs shall verify the transfer applications simultaneously from time to time so as to adhere to the timelines (20.12.2022).*
