School Education – Sparing of the services of 662 APMs to look after the Naadu-Nedu activities in addition to their regular duties – certain instructions – issued. Memo.No. ESE02-12021/155/2022-EST 2-CSE-Part(1), Dt:16/10/2022
Ref:- Memo No.1864266/RD.I/A1/2022, Dated:12-10-2022 of the Government in Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (RD.I) Department.
A copy of the reference cited, wherein the Government in Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (RD.I) Department has accorded permission to the CEO, SERP to spare the services of 662 Assistant Project Managers (APMs) of SERP to look after the Naadu-Nedu activities in addition to their regular duties with the following instructions is hereby communicated to all the District Educational Officers and Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the state:
- All the 662 Assistant Project Managers (MS Coordination) of SERP be entrusted the works of School Education Department for monitoring of Jagananna Vidya Kanuka, Jagananna Ammavodi, Naadu-Nedu, Jagananna Gorumudda (Mid Day Meals), TMF, SMF etc in addition to their regular SERP duties under their Mandal jurisdiction.
- To direct all the APMs (MS Coordination) to look after the Naadu – Nedu activities along with the SERP activities.
- DEOs and APCs to brief the APMs about the work to be done on the above subjects and provide necessary training / hand holding for them to effectively discharge these duties
- To direct the Project Director, DRDA in the District to give directions to all the APM5 (MS Coordination) to report to the District Educational Officer (DEO) and take up the works as per the above memo.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers and Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the state are requested to take further necessary action in the matter in coordination with the PD, DRDA / PO, ITDAs concerned.
