Lr RC No.ESE02/253/2022 – SCERT, of the Commissioner School Education Department, Dated 01.05.2022.
You are aware that Covid – 19 pandemic had badly affected the learning skill levels of all our school going children. The UNICEF, CIPS, School Education Department and Village & Ward Secretariat Department have come together through a Memorandum of Understanding to implement “Learning Improvement Program” (LIP) in order to improve the learning of the School Children in Andhra Pradesh.
The District Collectors are therefore requested to encourage and enlist as many Village 86 Ward Secretariat functionaries as possible to participate voluntarily to support the “Learning Improvement Program” (LIP) of Primary School Children who are identified by the Head Masters in their locality as lagging behind. Such Students may be helped before or after school hours in their locality at a convenient place and time.
This Program is for a period of one academic year and the V/W Secretariat functionaries who take part in this program will be rewarded with an Appreciation Certificate at the end.
The District Collectors are requested to bestow their attention and review periodically.
