Sub:- APREIS – Establishment-II(3) – Appointment of District Conveners for 13 erstwhile districts – Orders issued.

Ref:- As proposed in the Principal’s conference held on 11-10-2022.

As decided in the Principal’s conference in the reference cited, the following principals of APR Schools in the erstwhile districts are here by appointed as erstwhile District Convenors for monitoring of district purchases / Tenders / CET / Admissions / Counselling / Academic and Administrative monitoring etc.:

Further, the District Conveners are instructed to observe and follow the below norms scrupulously:

1. They should take part to finalize the tenders / purchases through district purchase committee to all Institutions in the district.

2. They Should conduct Lottery / Test / Counseling for admission into APRS.

3. They should act as liaison officer / Nodal officer between the Society and APRS of the district.

4. They should maintain staff particulars / Strength particulars of students and

   other information of all the schools of the district and to submit to the Society whenever called for.

5. They have to guide the academic and administrative matters and follow up of action to the schools within the district.

6. They have to visit (or) inspect the schools whenever the authorities instructed from the head office.

7. They have to monitor the academic progress, attendance and facilities in all the institutions.

8. They have to attend the responsibilities which have been entrusted from time to time by the authorities.

All the Principals of APRS / APRJC / APRDC are instructed to cooperate and coordinate with their District Convenors accordingly.
