Detailed Notification for Web Based Counselling

The GATE / GPAT qualified and eligible candidates of 2020, 2021 and 2022, and TS PGECET-2022 qualified and eligible candidates are informed to attend TS PGEC / TS PGECET Web Based Counseling for admission to M.E./ M. Tech./ M. Arch / M. Pharmacy/ Pharm. D (P.B.) programs for the academic year 2022-2023 as per the schedulegivenbelow:

Candidates are hereby informed that they should satisfy the admission rules prescribed in the related G.O. MS. No.153 besides satisfying the eligibility criteria of the respective universities and should be prepared to pay thetuitionfeeasapplicable.
The leftover seats after allotment for GATE / GPAT candidates are only available for TS PGECET candidates
Thisnotificationitselfisacallforwebcounseling.Noseparatecalllettersaresenttothe individual candidates.
Mereattending of thewebcounselingdoes not guaranteeaseat.
All candidates are required to register online at http://pgecetadm.tsche.ac.in from 19th September, 2022 to 02nd October, 2022 and furnish all information in the application form. All the entries should be correct, and the candidates are responsible for any incorrect entry. All the candidates have to pay non-refundable Processing Fee ₹.1,200.00 (Rupees: One thousand two hundred only) and ₹.600.00 (Rupees: Six hundred only) in case of (SC/ST Candidates) towards Registration cum Verification process which has to be paid through online payment (Credit / Debit Cards / Internet Banking) in favour of „Secretary, TSCHE‟.

1. The candidate should be of Indian Nationality.

11. The Muslim and Christian Minority Candidates should upload the “TC” of the SSC containing Minority status (or) in the absence of TC, a Certificate mentioning minority status issued by the Head of the Institution in which the student studied/appeared for SSC or its equivalent examination.

TS PGECET-2022 Special Category:

Certificates to be produced by PH / CAP / NCC / Sports (SG) categories: The following originalcertificates whicheverisapplicablearetobescannedanduploaded.
1. PH-Certificate issued by District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible.
2. CAP (Children of Armed Forces Personnel): Candidates whose parents are domiciled in the State of Telangana based on the permanent address/home town declared by them while joining the service and as recorded in their Service Register are alone eligible to be considered under“CAP” Category.
  1. Children of Armed Forces (CAP) 2% (two percent) for the children of armed persons i.e., Ex-Servicemen, Defence Personnel including the Children of Border Security Force and Central Reserve Police Force who are Domiciled in Telangana State based on the Permanent address/ Home town declared by them while joining theserviceand as recorded in their Service Register.
  2. The Ex-Servicemen have to produce the Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) certificate issued by respective Regional Sainik Welfare Officer as per Appendix- “A” Attached with supporting documents to establish the Permanent address/ Home town declared by Ex-Servicemen while joining the service and as recorded in their Service Register in accordance with GO, such as Certificate from Records Office, Education Certificates of Ex-Servicemen, etc.
  3. Serving Defense Personnel including CRPF and BSF Personnel should submit a Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) certificate issued by unit Commanding officer (not less than the rank of a Colonel/ equivalent in Navy and Air Force Commandant in CRPF/BSF) as per Appendix- “B” Attached along with original and attested copy of Service Register where the Permanent address/ Home town declared by them while joining the service is mentioned along with the education certificates of the Serving Defencepersonnel.
  4. The retired CRPF and BSF Personnel have to produce the Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) certificate issued by their respective competent authority as per Appendix-A along with supporting documents to establish the Permanent address/ Home town declared by them while joining the service and as recorded in their Service Register in accordance with GO, such as Certificate from Records Office, Education Certificates of CRPF/BSFpersonnel, etc.
3. NCC- Certificates issuedbycompetentauthorities.
4. Sports(SG)–SportsAchievements/TestimonialsalongwiththeForm-I,II,III&IV (formats provided in the website) duly certified / attested by the Concerned State Sports Associations recognized by the SATS which are categorized according to level of the Championships as laid down in G.O. Ms. No. 02, Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture (Sports) Department, dated: 22-09-2020, which are essential during Scrutiny.
  
  Note: The candidate seeking admission under special categories (NCC / CAP / PH / Sports) have to appear in person (physically present) for verification before the relevant competent authority and are required to bring the following certificates for the support of verification along with relevant special category original certificate.
  1. Degree/Provisional Certificate & Consolidate Memorandum of Marks (CMM) of qualifying Examination.
  2. 10+2/Intermediate/DiplomaCertificateandmemorandumofmarks.
  3. SSCPass Memo or its Equivalentforproof of Date of Birth.
TS PGECET-2022 Certificate verification and counseling:
1. The preliminary certificate verification will be done based on scanned copies of original documents uploadedand as per norms.
2. In case of any doubt, enquiry will be done over phone to establish the veracity and correctness of documents. Hence, candidates are required to respond to the phone calls from the verification officer.
3. Procedure for exercising options will be made available on the website i.e. http://pgecetadm.tsche.ac.inwellbeforethecommencementoftheoptionentry.
4. List of Provisionally selected candidates will be prepared College wise and will be placed onthe website
  
  i.e. http://pgecetadm.tsche.ac.in and SMS will be sent to the valid mobile number furnished in the onlineapplication.
5. The candidates have to pay tuition fee through online mode (credit card/debit card/internet banking).
6. Final allotment of seat for admission is subject to satisfactory verification of all originalcertificates atreportedcollegeandproducingoffeepaidreceipt.
7. Candidates must report to the concerned college and produce all original certificates within the stipulated time.
8. Allotmentorderwillbeprintedatthecollegeasalsojoiningreport,whichhastobe submitted at the college alongwithoriginal T.C.
9. Candidates must submit two sets of attested copies of all certificates at the respective colleges,onesetis meantforsubmissiontotheofficeoftheConvener.
10. Ifthecandidatecancelshis/heradmissiontuitionfeewillbeforfeitedasmentioned below:
  - After first phase, full tuition fee willberefunded.
  - 50% of the amount after final phase and before cutoff date notified for cancellation in allotment order and 100% thereafter.
TS PGECET-2022 Rules of Reservation for admission.

AdmissionswillbemadeasperrulesofreservationsinvogueatthetimeofCounseling.
1. The seats in School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), JNAFAU which is a Statewide Institution shall be filled as per the Presidential order. In other words, admission into 85% of seats shall be reserved for the candidatesbelongingtothreelocalareasAU, OU, SVU in theratio 42:36:22and theremaining15% seats shallbeUnreserved.
2. In the affiliated Colleges of Telangana State, admission to 85% of the convener quota of seats shall be reserved for the local candidates of Telangana State and the remaining 15% shall be Un-reserved seats.
3. Cent-percent (100%) of seats in University College and 70% of the sanctioned intake of seats in unaided (affiliated), non-minority and minority professional institutions will be filled by the Convener TS PGECET-2022 Admissions.
4. The principals are directed to fill up the management quota of seats in their respective colleges by issuing a separate notification in the leading daily Newspapers and following TSCHE guidelines. Candidates should be admitted as per admission rules in

vogue. The details of the seats filled under “Management Quota” shall be communicated to the “Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE)” for necessary approval and ratification.

TS PGECET-2022 web counseling details in Telugu

తెలంగాణలో ఎంఈ, ఎంటెక్‌, ఎంఫార్మసీ, ఫార్మ్‌-డి, ఎం-ఆర్కిటెక్చర్‌ కోర్సుల్లో ప్రవేశాలకు ఉద్దేశించిన పీజీఈసెట్‌ కౌన్సెలింగ్‌ సెప్టెంబరు 19న ప్రారంభమైంది. మొదటి విడత కౌన్సెలింగ్‌లో పాల్గొనేందుకు అభ్యర్థులు తమ సెప్టెంబరు 30లోపు ఒరిజినల్‌ సర్టిఫికెట్లను వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో అప్‌లోడ్‌ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 232 కాలేజీల్లో కన్వీనర్‌ కోటాలోని 9131 సీట్లు కౌన్సెలింగ్‌ ద్వారా భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు. తొలుత గేట్, జీప్యాట్ ర్యాంకర్లకు సీట్లు కేటాయించనున్నారు. పీజీఈసెట్‌ పరీక్షలో 11,520 మంది, గేట్‌/జీపీఏటీ పరీక్షలో 411 మంది మొత్తం 11931 మంది అర్హత సాధించారు. కౌన్సెలింగ్ ఫీజు కింద అభ్యర్థులు రూ.1200 చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ అభ్యర్థులు రూ.600 చెల్లిస్తే సరిపోతుంది.

తెలంగాణలో ఎంటెక్‌, ఎం ఫార్మసీ, అర్కిటెక్చర్‌ తదితర కోర్సుల్లో ప్రవేశాలకు నిర్వహించిన పోస్ట్‌ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్‌ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ కామన్‌ ఎంట్రెన్స్‌ టెస్ట్‌ (పీజీఈసెట్‌) ఫలితాలను సెప్టెంబర్ 3న విడుద‌ల చేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. పీజీ ఈసెట్ పరీక్షలో అర్హత సాధించిన అభ్యర్థులు ఇప్పటికీ వెబ్‌సైట్ నుంచి తమ ర్యాంకు కార్డులు డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. అభ్యర్థులు తమ పీజీఈసెట్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ నెంబరు, హాల్‌టికెట్ నెంబరు, పుట్టినతేదీ వివరాలు నమోదుచేసి ర్యాంకు కార్డులు పొందవచ్చు.

1) అభ్యర్థులు మొదటగా pgecet.tsche.ac.in వెబ్ సైట్ లోకి వెళ్లాలి.
2) “Download rank card” లింక్ పై క్లిక్ చేయండి.
3) పీజీఈసెట్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ నెంబరు, హాల్‌టికెట్ నెంబరు, పుట్టినతేదీ వివరాలు వివరాలను ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.
4) సబ్ మిట్ చేసిన తర్వాత ఫలితాలు డిస్ ప్లే అవుతాయి.
5) డౌన్‌లోడ్ ఆప్షన్ పై క్లిక్ చేసి ర్యాంక్ కార్డు పొందవచ్చు.
6) కౌన్సెలింగ్ లో ర్యాంక్ కార్డు తప్పనిసరి.

తెలంగాణ పీజీఈసెట్‌ను ఆగ‌స్టు 2 నుంచి 5 వరకు నిర్వహించారు. మొత్తం 12 కేంద్రాల్లో ఆన్‌లైన్ విధానంలో ఉస్మానియా యూనివ‌ర్సిటీ ఈ ప‌రీక్షల‌ను నిర్వహించింది. పీజీఈసెట్-2022 పరీక్షలో మొత్తం 91.48 శాతం మంది అర్హత సాధించారు. 19 విభాగాల్లో జరిగిన పరీక్షలకు మొత్తం 12,592 మంది హాజరుకాగా.. వారిలో 11,520 మంది ఉత్తీర్ణులయ్యారు. ఉత్తీర్ణులైనవారిలో 6,440 మంది (55.90 శాతం) అమ్మాయిలు, 5,080 మంది అబ్బాయిలు ఉన్నారు. ఒక్క ఫార్మసీ విభాగంలోనే 5,186 మంది పాస్ అవడం విశేషం. మిగిలిన 6,334 మంది ఇతర 18 విభాగాల్లో ఉన్నారని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఏడు విభాగాల్లో అమ్మాయిలు టాపర్లుగా నిలిచారు.
