The attention of the all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education(RJDSEs) and the District Educational Officers (DEOs) in the State is drawn to the instructions given in the references above with regard to pre-dispatch inspections of Egg godowns and monitoring supply of Eggs as per agreement conditions. 

Hence, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education(RJDSEs) and the District Educational Officers (DEOs) in the State are once again reminded that they have to strictly implement the instructions references above and enforce the agreement conditions without fail as such the Government reviews the performance at different levels with regard to these instructions for providing quality Eggs to all Students. 

In the agreement conditions, penalties were prescribed for non stamping of eggs and small sized eggs. Instructions were clear that the Head Masters(HMs) have to reject the eggs without Stamping and small sized eggs by weighing the eggs in presence of the supplier who has to bring the weighing machine. Further informed that a provision has been made in the HM services of IMMS app to capture non-stamped eggs and small sized eggs etc.

Accordingly, several HMs have captured the non-stamped eggs and small sized Eggs in the app. The details taken from the dashboard are given in the annexure for reference.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education(RJDSEs) and the District Educational Officers (DEOs) in the State are hereby instructed to impose penalty according to the fgures mentioned against the concerned Districts vide reference 3rd above in the bills of September-2022 month.

Also , all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education(RJDSEs) and the District Educational Officers (DEOs) in the State are instructed to issue instructions given by this ofce in various correspondence clearly to all Mandal Educational Officers(MEOs), HMs and suppliers to implement
and monitor the supply of quality Eggs to schools without fail.

It is to be noted that deviations from any instructions given herewith regard to implementation of Jagananna Gorumudda will be viewed seriously. The receipt of this order will be acknowledged.
