While enclolsing a copy of the Govt Memo in the reference cited, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are reeuested to celebration of Birth anniversary of “Andhra Kesari Late Sri Tanguturi Prakasam Panthulu on 23rd August, 2022 (Tuesday) as State function in a beftting manner across the State vide, and to meet the expenditure from theirrespective budget, without seeking any fnancial assistance from the Government.
