1. G.O.Ms.No. 58, Social Welfare (j), 12th May, 1997 for Issuance of Community, Nativity and Date of Birth Certificate Rules, 1997.
2. Instructions of the CCLA & SpI. CS., AP., Vijayawada. Attention is invited to the subject and reference cited.
It is to inform that, the Revenue Department desired to issue
needful certificates to all students for admission purpose through “Vidhyardhula Sevalo Revenue Shakha” directly without filing any application in online.
Further, Informed that, if the Students data can be availed from the Education Departments (i.e., School Education & Intermediate Education Departments) ,the certificates may be issued suo-moto to students This will help the students during admissions. “Vidhyardhula Sevalo Revenue Shakha” aims to deliver Certificates to Students directly without applying in online, for availing Government benefits. Therefore, the concerned Departments are requested to appoi nt an offi cer for coordinating with the GSWS Department and request to share the data in the following format through API by 28.05,2022.

Further, The Director, GSWS is informed to coordinate with the
above departments, to obtain the data through API ,integrate with GSWS data base and to display in the VRO Login of Village/Ward Secretariats to process the issuance of needful certificates to students.
In this context, i t is requested to share Students Data through Application Programming Interface (API) to integrate the same with GSWS application for carrying out the Process in GSWS APSEVA Portal.
