ing up of left-over / available vacancies into Classes 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th in APR Schools for the academic year 2022-23 – Instructions to the Principals – Orders – Issued.
Ref: Note orders of the Special Chief Secretary to Govt, School Education Department, A.P & Vice Chairman, APREIS.
It is brought to the notice of the under signed that, till number of seats are remained vacant in Classes 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th in both General and Minority Schools for the academic year 2022-23. Hence, for effective use of available infrastructure and staff which are provided for better education in residential mode, it is decided to permit the Principals to fill up the left over and available vacancies into classes 5th to 8th in both General and Minority Schools at school level, as final call for admissions for this academic year 2022-23, by giving open opportunity to all eligible candidates and duly following the criteria given below without any deviation:
For General Schools:
- Applications should be invited from the interested candidates of all categories duly giving open notification for admission against left over and available vacancies in to Classes 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th.
- Admissions shall be taken up on first come first serve basis.
- Priority should be given to the candidates who already applied through online.
- Orphan/PHC/CAP seats can be allotted to open category, if applicants in the respective categories are not available and based on available
- One Sub-category of Back ward Classes should be utilized for other Sub-Category of BCs, based on availability of the candidates and based on available vacancies.
- All required certificates and eligibility conditions must be verified as per guidelines before confirming the admission.
- The admissions should not be exceeded the sanctioned / permitted strength of the particular class under any
- Admissions should be started from 08.10.2022 and shall be completed on 12.10.2022.
For Minority Schools:
- Applications should be invited from the interested candidates of Minority, SC and ST categories duly giving open notifcation for admission in to Classes 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th.
- Admissions shall be taken up on frst come frst serve basis.
- Priority should be given to the candidates who already applied through online.
- Minority seats should be allotted to Minority category only.
- Orphan/PHC/CAP seats should be allotted to Minority category, if applicants in the respective categories are not available and based on available vacancies.
- SC seats can be given to STs and vice versa, based on availability of the candidates and based on available vacancies.
- All required certificates and eligibility conditions must be verified as per guidelines before confirming the admission.

- Admissions should be started from 08.10.2022 and shall be completed on 12.10.2022.
Further, they are also directed to follow the instructions issued here under:
- The principals should follow the criteria of admissions into Classes 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th in the prospectus of 2022-23 which are available in https://www.aprs.apcfss.in. with regard to Date of Birth, Study criteria, Income, Caste, Jurisdiction etc., for confirmation of the admissions
- The Certificates of the candidates shall be verified by the Principal along with the School Level Admission Committee consisting of ATP and other 2 senior teachers.
- Admission of the selected candidates should be entered in child info and in new registration module of jnbnivas after thorough verification of certificates as per the conditions laid down for
- In case the admission is rejected as per rules, the students I parents shall be informed with reasons compulsorily.
- Approach and inform the District Minority Welfare Officers, Executive Directors, District Minority Finance Corporation and other Minority Officers regarding the status on Minority Category admissions and request them to extend their cooperation for flling up of seats under minority quota in Minority APR Schools.
- Wide publicity shall be given about admissions for left over I available seats to utilize the opportunity by the eligible candidates.
- All the Principals should approach the Hon’ble Public Representatives of their respective region with a request to extend their cooperation for bringing awareness in the region on admissions in left over I available vacancies in APR Schools.
- All the Principals shall submit the compliance report with all details (excel sheet) of all admissions to this office on 13-10-2022 through their official mails concerned.
The Regional Deputy Secretary, Andhra & Rayalaseema are also instructed to monitor the entire admissions process personally and report the compliance from time to time.
