All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers and Dy. Educational Officers. Municipal Commissioners in the state are here by informed that the Municipal Administration Department employees School Education Department has been migrated to EHS portal is completed. As such the medical reimbursement claims of in service employees of Mpl. Schools shall be send through online only directly to Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust.
Therefore, the undermentioned officers are hereby directed to issue necessary instructions to all the field functionaries and Drawing & Disbursing Officers under their jurisdiction to upload the Medical Reimbursement claims of In-services employees of Municipal schools through EHS portal by online only. No Manual/physical Medical Reimbursement proposals are accepted hereafter.
Above instructions shall be followed by all the Drawing & Disbursing Officers in the state scrupulously with immediate effect without fail.
