Read:

1. This office Proceedings Rc.No.16/63/2022-CMO SEC-SSA, Dated 23.11.2023.

2. Review meeting conducted by the Principal Secretary, School Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati dated 27.11.2023.

3. WebEx meeting held on 28.11.2023 with CMOs of all districts.

All the District Educational Officers & Ex-officio Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that a WebEx meeting was held on 28.11.2023 with CMOs of all districts on availability of surplus kits and on the biometric authentication of students in distribution of student kits. The district wise number of surplus kits available and pending biometric authentication is enclosed in the annexure as on 27.11.2023.

All the District Educational Officers & Ex-officio Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha of all the districts in the State are requested to monitor with the MEOs and Headmasters concerned to upload the details of Surplus JVK kits available at HMs/MEOs/APCs in the JVK app. Further they are requested to monitor with the MEOs and Headmasters concerned to complete 100% biometric authentication in respect of distribution of JVK kits to the Students concerned in JVK 4.

It is also informed that 100% Bio-metric Authentication should be completed by 2-12-2023 without fail. The district wise and mandal wise details of surplus JVK kits and Pending bio-metric Authentication is enclosed here with.

Further the following instructions are issued to monitor with:

Responsibility should be fixed with the Headmaster of the concerned School to complete 100% Bio-metric Authentication and uploading undistributed JVK kits data in JVK app, in the school. The MEO II should monitor with all the HMs in the concerned Mandal in close manner and ensure 100% bio-metric Authentication and uploading all Surplus JVK kits.

1. Responsibility should be fixed with MEO II in respect of uploading the data of Surplus JVK kits in JVK app and 100% completion of bio­metric authentication at School Level and Mandal level.
2. Responsibility should be fixed with CMO in respect of uploading the data of Surplus JVK kits in JVK app and 100% completion of bio­metric authentication at School Level and Mandal level and District
3. If any pending bio-metric authentication in respect of certain students migrated to other states shall be furnished to this office with complete details. Bio metric Authentication should be completed to all the rest of students immediately by 2-12-2023. The CMOs are requested to contact with Sri. PV Ramana Sr. Programmer of this office for any queries ( Ph. No. 9908696785).
4. The APCs should conduct a Web Ex meeting with all the MEOs-II and all CRMTs in their district and monitor every day progress and submit daily report to this office every day by 5 PM without fail, to the mail ID jvk@apschooledu.in
5. Details of item wise undistributed JVK items should be submitted to this office in the Annexure 1 and II already communicated with signatures of CMO and APC by 2-12-2023 without fail.
6. The Mandal Educational Officer II should down load the school wise pending reports of bio-metric authentication and to monitor with HMs to complete 100% bio-metric authentication and uploading all Surplus JVK kits in to JVK app in co-ordination with CRMTs in the Mandal.

All the District Educational Officers & Ex-officio Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that any delay and slackness in this regard will be viewed seriously and responsibility will be fixed as per rules.

All concerned Regional Joint Directors are requested to monitor with DEO/APCs concerned time to time.
