Kittur Rani Channamma Residential Sainik School ALL INDIA ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2024-25:
Aim : Kittur Rani Channamma Residential Sainik School for Girls is being run on the lines of Sainik / Military, Schools
with the primary aim of empowering the Nation with enlightened, confident women of 21st century.
Curriculum : 10+2 System of CBSE [Science Stream].
Applications are invited in the prescribed form for admission of Girlsto Standard VI for the Academic Year 2024-2025.
Admission is subject to qualifying in the All India Entrance Examination followed by Interview, Physical Fitness Test
and Medical Examination conducted by the Institution
DATE OF EXAM: 28th January 2024, Mode of Exam: Pen Paper Test,Medium : Kannada or English
EXAM CENTRES: Kittur, Vijayapur, Bengaluru & Kalaburgi (Karnataka)
Eligibility: Candidates born between June 1st 2012 & May 31st 2014 and having passed
Standard 5th.
Fee Structure: Rs.2000/- for GM, Others, Karnataka & outside states of Karnakaka.
Rs.1600/- for SC/ST (for girls of Karnataka domicile only)
Reservation: Rs. 2,13,500 /- [Inclusive of lodging, boarding, uniform etc]. Kit and clothing items will
be charged extra.
Scholarship:
a) 02 seats for Kittur Hobli b) 02 seats for Defence Personnel Dependent.
c) 03 seats for National Bravery Award Winners quota.
Merit Scholarship as per Government of Karnataka Scholarship Scheme will be
awarded only to the eligible girls of Karnataka domicile. Girls who are awarded
merit scholarship will be required to pursue their education in this school up-to
class XII (Science Stream) failing which, full scholarship amount received by the
girl will be recovered at the time of issue of Transfer Certificate.
Interview:
Only candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for interview as per order
of merit in written test and availability of vacancies. Interview will be held at Kittur only.
The interview would comprise the following : [a] Physical Fitness Test, [b] Medical
Examination, [c] Interview / Viva voce

అర్హతలు: అయిదో తరగతి ఉత్తీర్ణలై ఉండాలి. జూన్ 1, 2012 నుంచి మే 31, 2014 మధ్యలో (రెండు తేదీలను కలిపి) జన్మించి ఉండాలి.
అడ్మిషన్ విధానం: జాతీయ స్థాయిలో రాత పరీక్ష ఆఫ్ లైన్ విధానంలో నిర్వహిస్తారు. అందులో అర్హత పొందిన వారికి ఇంటర్య్వూలు, ఫిజికల్ టెస్ట్, మెడికల్ టెస్టులు ఉంటాయి.
పరీక్ష తేదీ: 28 జనవరి, 2024, పెన్ను, పేపర్ (ఆఫ్ లైన్) పద్ధతిలో పరీక్ష ఉంటుంది. ఇంగ్లిష్, కన్నడ భాషల్లో నిర్వహిస్తారు.
పరీక్ష కేంద్రాలు: కిట్టూరు, విజయపుర్, బెంగళూరు, కలబుర్గి (కర్ణాటక)
పరీక్ష ఫీజు: సాధారణ అభ్యర్థులకు రూ. 2000, ఎస్సీ ఎస్టీలకు (కర్ణాటకలో నివసిస్తున్న వారికి మాత్రమే) రూ. 1600 .
దరఖాస్తు విధానం: ఆన్‌లైన్‌ లో అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.
చివరి తేదీ: దరఖాస్తు ప్రక్రియ 30, అక్టోబరు 2023న ప్రారంభమవుతుంది. దరఖాస్తుకు చివరి తేదీ 15 డిసెంబరు, 2023.

ADMISSION ON FULL FEE PAYMENT SCHEME : The candidates who are low in the order of merit [written test +
interview] for admission to the School may be considered in case vacancies exist on Full Fee Payment (FFP)
Scheme. Parents are requested to give their willingness in the application form for necessary consideration by
the School. Conversion of Merit to FFPis NOT automatic ; written request is mandatory.
