In continuation of this office proceedings, 1%, wherein, the
Department of School Education & Literacy, Gol, has informed that
Department of School Education & Literacy has been given the responsibility
of conducting Quiz, Essay writing contest and Elocution contest for school
students vide Ref 3 cited above.
As the campaign will conclude on 31* October, a time line has
been prepared as follows
TIMELINE
Quiz competition is open to all up to 31% of October.
» Activities related to conduction of the Essay & Elocution
Competitions at School level should be finalized by 26.10.2023.
Activities related to conduction of the Essay & Elocution
Competitions at Mandal level should be finalized by 27.10.2023.
Activities at District Level should be finalized latest by
28.10.2023
» Activities at State/UT level should be finalized latest by
30.10.2023
Essay contest – State level final entries to be uploaded in My
Gov portal by State/UT Nodal officers by 31% October.
Elocution contest – Detail of top three performers under each
category viz., category I (6 to 10* class) and category II (11t &
12% class) at State level (viz., Name, Photograph, Father’s name,
class, school name and address, e-mail, phone/mobile number)
to be sent to Dept. of School Education M/o Education, Govt. of
India by 2™ November, 2023.
In this connection, you are requested to facilitate the conduct of these
three contests for school students across your district as per the above
timeline, to encourage the students and make them aware about khadi and
village products and also adopt the same
Further it is informed that, the details of the top three students in each
language and in each category should be communicated to the State office
by respective Nodal Officers of the districts, for updating the progress on
daily basis.
