In continuation to the circular under reference 1st cited, it is informed that the due
dates for remittance of examination fees for First- and Second-Year Intermediate failed
(Private Candidates) or discontinued students of both General and Vocational streams to
appear for the ensuing Intermediate Public Examinations, March 2024 is extended upto 30-
11-2023.
Further, in the reference 2nd cited, the Government have accorded permission for re-
admission of failed students of 10th / 12th Class to achieve 100% Gross Enrollment Ration
(GER) and issued following guidelines for re-admission of failed candidates:
i. The students, who get re-admission, have to write all the subjects in the Public
Examinations, and in both appearances, the marks of the candidate whichever is
higher will be considered.
ii. The certificates issued to the students without mentioning categories like Fail/
Compartmental/ Private or star marks. All the students either passed in the first
attempt or later will get the same pass certificate without any discrimination.
iii. All the re-admitted students are eligible for the entitlements like Jagananna
Ammavodi, Jagananna Vidya kanuka, Jagananna Gorumudda etc., as per their
eligibility.
Hence, all the Principals and the managements are requested to give wide publicity
about extension of due date and re-admission of failed students to achieve 100% GER among
the students, parents, and staff of their respective Colleges. A copy of the same should be
displayed on the College Notice Board.
