CWSN (IERPs) in all erstwhile districts located across the state of A.P purely on temporary basis and contractual terms and conditions for the Academic Year 2023-24. The number of vacancies may increase or decrease for any reason whatsoever on administrative grounds.

No person shall be eligible for recruitment to the post of Inclusive Education Resource person for CwSN (IERP) if he/she is less than 18 years of age and not more than 42 years of age as on 31.07.2023. However, in case of SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates the maximum age limit shall be 47 years and in case of differently abled candidates the maximum age limit shall be 52 years. For the ex-service men the maximum age limit is 45 years.
The candidates should possess the following Professional Qualifications (as per RCI norms) a. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education (Spl.B.Ed) recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) Or b. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and B.Ed (General) with one year Diploma in Special Education.
Or
C. Must possess Bachelor’s Degree and General B.Ed degree with two year Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Or
d. Must possess Bachelor’s Degree and General B.Ed degree with Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Or
e. Must possess Intermediate and D.Ed in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
Note: The candidates applying for the post of Resource person for CwSN (IERP) should have registered his/ her name with the Rehabilitation Council of India. The applications without the registration details, like Reg.no. Date of registration, will be rejected.
The candidates who possess required qualifications as mentioned at point no.3 above and pursued their studies in English/ Telugu/ Urdu medium are eligible to apply as per their educational qualifications to the posts. However, must study Telugu as one of the languages in SSC.
The selection shall be made purely on a merit basis duly awarding weightage for the academic performance of the candidates which includes academic and professional qualifications.
The merit in both academic and professional qualifications for the post of Resource person for CwSN (IERP) post shall be calculated for 100 marks as detailed below.
a. Merit calculation for the post of Resource Person for CwSN:
1. If in Intermediate candidate secured 755, out of 1000, then the weightage shall be calculated as 755/1000 x 10 = 7.55
2. For degree, if a candidate secured 825, out of 1000, then the weightage shall be
calculated as 825/1000 x 30 = 24.75
3. For PG, if a candidate secured 800, out of 1000, then the weightage shall be
calculated as 800/1000 x 5 = 4
4. For D.Ed/B.Ed in Special Education. if candidate secured 875, out of 1000, then the
weightage shall be calculated as 875/1000 x 35 = 31
5. “If a candidate has an experience of working as IERP under Samagra Shiksha,
Government of Andhra Pradesh only, he /she shall be given a weightage of 0.50
marks per academic year and same is limited to past 10 academic years.”
6. If a candidate completed six months or above in an academic year, the same shall
be calculated as one year.
7. If the candidate has worked for below 6 months, the same shall not be considered as
a completed year and no weightage shall be given for such period.
8. Maximum service weightage is limited to 5 marks only.
Note: In case of decimal points, it shall be considered up to three digits only. Ex: 75.453
c. Calculation Marks for conduct of Skill Test:
Fixed honorarium will be paid per month to the post of Resource Person for CwSN
@ Rs. 20,000/- and no other allowances shall be paid. However, Government decision is
final to reduce or increase in the honorarium.
I.No person shall be eligible for any post unless He/ She is above 18 years and below
42 years of age as on 1.08.2023. However, in case of SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates the
maximum age limit shall be 47 years and in case of physically challenged candidates the
maximum age limit shall be 52 years and 45 years for Ex. service men.
II. The physically challenged candidates, who have not less than 40% of disability in
the relevant area as per the G.O.Ms.No.68, School Education (Exams) Department, dated:
26.10.2018 shall only be eligible for claiming age relaxation and rule of reservation.
III.Since English is the medium of instruction in all Schools, the applicants should have
capability to communicate any information in English Medium.
IV. However, even after selection, if found incapable in Special Education
areas, submission of false documents, mis-behavior with students, the services of such
individual may be terminated at any time without prior notice in this regard.
v. The erstwhile district is the unit for applying and appointment for all of posts.
vi. If two or more candidates have secured same marks in the merit then the first
priority will be given to the elder one. If date of birth is also same, then highest marks
in Special D.Ed/B.Ed Class will be considered.
vii. The candidates who have not attended for skill test are not eligible for final selection.
viii. No one candidate is allowed to apply to more than one district.
ix. All posts are district cadre posts and should be filled in with local candidates only.
x. Candidates are strictly advised to apply in their local districts only.
xi. The interested candidates can apply to these posts through online and should
upload all documents without fail.
xii. If any candidate failed to upload the relevant documents his/her candidature
summarily be rejected and no application shall be entertained in physical mode.
xiii. The candidates, who got terminated earlier on disciplinary grounds and on severe
allegations are not eligible to apply in this recruitment.
xiv. The candidates, who wish to claim EWS quota must furnish the income certificate
below Rs. 8.00 Lakh per Anum issued by the competent authority.
xv. Candidates who submit false/fake information/uploading fake marks/higher
marks than actual figures/highest figures in online application form shall be
liable for criminal prosecution besides rejection of the application or cancellation of
selection. The names will be recommended to other departments and to debar them
in Government competitive examinations.
xvi. The number of candidates selected shall not be more than the number of
vacancies notified.
xvii. There shall be no waiting list and Posts, if any, unfilled for any reason, shall becarried forward for future recruitment
i. All the appointments issued under this notification is purely on contract and
temporary basis for this academic year only. The individuals shall not have any right
to seek regularization/Minimum Time Scale/ Enhancement of honorarium.
ii. The performance of the individual will be measured based on their achievements
and behavior with the students and staff.
iii. The appointing authority shall have right to terminate the least performance
candidates and to re-engage the best performance candidates at any time without
giving any time.
iv. The appointment is purely temporary up to closing of the academic year only and
they may continue for next academic year as per their performance only.
a. The candidates, who have studied 7 consequent years from classes 4
to 10 in a
particular district, shall be considered as local candidate.
b. If in case, one candidate studied 3 years in one district and 4 years in another
district, the period in which district has studied 4 years shall be considered as local
candidate to that particular district.
c. In case of the candidates who studied 3 years in one district and 3 more years in one
district and one year in one district, in this case consider the local district wherever he
/she pursued their SSC.
d. In case of private candidates studied in un-recognized schools, they have to furnish
residence certificate issued by the Tahsildar of the concerned mandal duly
specifying the period of residence from starting year to ending year prior to
completion of SSC certificate.
e. In respect of the candidate who studied in the district of Erstwhile of Andhra Pradesh
i.e. present Telangana district shall be followed the G.O.Ms.No. 133 dated
13.06.2016 regarding their local status
The District Collector is the Appellate Authority in connection with the
engaging of Resource Persons for CwSN i.e., merit, roaster, caste,
disability, experience etc.
The Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha shall
enterinto an agreement with the candidates selected by the District Level
Committee purely on merit until closure of the academic year 2023-24 on
Rs. 100/- Bond paper.
The State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha has all rights to
complete the recruitment or cancel the recruitment at any point of time
without giving any prior intimation to the individuals.
