తాత్పర్యము: తేనెని సమకూర్చిన ఈగ దానిని పరులపాలు చేసినట్లుగా, నరుడు చాలా కష్టపడి ధనము సంపాదించి, దానిని ధర్మము చేయక చివరకు ఇతరుల పాలు చేస్తాడు. కాబట్టి తనకు సరిపడిన ధనాన్ని ఉంచుకుని మిగిలిన దాన్ని పరులకివ్వడం పుణ్యుని లక్షణం.
