All the District Educational Ofcers in the State are informed that as per the discussions held at CFMS on 17.08.2023 with CEO, CFMS and DTA, it was confrmed that in order to update the cadre strength in CFMS portal and to create the position ids, the pending bills at DDO level shall be cancelled and can be resubmitted after completion of updation of cadre strength.

Further, the DTA, AP, Amaravati has informed that many SRTs has been raised by the DDOs regarding the issues that they are not able to forward the bills in CFMS. 

Therefore, all the District Educational Ofcers in the State are informed that to inform all the DDOs that not to raise any SRTs regarding processing and submission of bills. Also, inform them that to cancel the pending bills at their login, if any and shall be resubmitted after completion of updation of cadre strength.
