Sub: School Education State Functions – Arrangements for the Independence Day ceremonial parade, 2023 at Municipal Stadium, Vijayawada instructions issued.

While enclosing a copy of the reference read above, all the Regional Joint Director of School Education, District Educational Officers in the State are instructed to follow the guidelines issued by the Government and issue necessary instructions to the concerned for celebrating Independence Day.
Further, the Regional Joint Director of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed that at District Level the fag shall be hoisted by the District Educational Officer, Regional Joint Director of School Education and at School Level it should be hoisted by the Chairman, Parents’ Committee. In case of absence of the Chairman, Parents’ Committee the Headmaster of concerned school shall hoist the flag.
Above instructions shall be followed scrupulously without any deviations.
