KNRUHS: ADMISSION INTO BAMS, BHMS AND BNYS COURSES UNDER COMPETENT AUTHORITY QUOTA FOR 2022-23
NOTIFICATION FOR EXERCISING WEB-OPTIONS FOR SECOND PHASE OF COUNSELING FOR ADMISSION INTO BAMS, BHMS,BUMS and BNYS COURSES UNDER COMPETENT AUTHORITY QUOTA IN AYUSH COLLEGES AFFILIATED TO KNRUHS IN THE STATE OF TELANGANA
In continuation to this office notifications dated 12-11-2022, 26-11-2022 & 16-12-2022 KNR University of Health Sciences hereby notifies the conduct of second phase of web- based counseling for Competent Authority Quota (CQ) for vacant seats in BAMS, BHMS,BUMS and BNYS courses after first phase of counseling for 2022-23 in Government, Private AYUSH Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS, Warangal in the State of Telangana.
Candidates whose names are notified as eligible candidates in the provisional final merit list course wise for 2022-23 on the KNRUHS website are eligible to exercise web – options online from computer with internet connection.
All the eligible candidates whose names are notified in the provisional final merit list can exercise web options for admission into BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BNYS courses from 8.00 AM on 16.1.2023 to 6.00 P.M on 17.1.2023 through website https://tsbahnu.tsche.in.
Candidates who have secured admission in the previous phase of counseling and joined the course and continuing in the course, who wish to slide to other college / course also can exercise their options

The details of vacant seats available (seat matrix) for admission into BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BNYS courses are notified on website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in (https://tsbahnu.tsche.in).
Candidates who are admitted into MBBS & BDS courses under AIQ/ KNRUHS and Dr.NTRUHS are also not eligible to exercise web options.
Candidates who have not joined the course after allotment in the first phase or discontinued the course after the first phase of counseling are not eligible to exercise the web options for that course.

UNIVERSITY FEE: |
Allotted Candidates have to pay University fee of Rs. 8,000/-through payment gateway by using online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter. Candidates who have paid University fee in first phase of counseling need not pay again. |

TUITION FEE: |
Tuition fee is to be paid at respective colleges. The tuition fee payable as notified by the Government for Government & Private colleges for respective courses. |
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES :

Eligible candidates as per provisional final merit list can exercise web options for vacant seats in BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BNYS Courses in all AYUSH colleges as per their interest and priority through https://tsbahnu.tsche.in from computer with internet facility. Do not use Tabs or Mobiles to exercise web-options.

Candidates are advised to go through the prospectus and the Government Orders on rules available on KNRUHS website before exercising web-options.

Candidates are informed that they have to exercise options to the course and colleges in which they are interested to join. In case the candidate does not join the course/college after allotment he/she will not be allowed to exercise web-options in subsequent counselings for that course.

Candidates who have already joined in the first phase and willing to slide to other course/colleges can also exercise web-options during this phase. If a seat is allotted in this phase of counseling, the seat which was allotted and candidate has joined during first phase of counseling will be cancelled automatically and allotted to other candidates

One time pass word will be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of exercising web-options. The pass word consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. (For details read instructions to the candidates before giving options)

Candidates are instructed to take a print out of saved options.

Candidates will receive SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat, if allotted. Candidates are also directed to login to check their allotment status on https://tsbahnu.tsche.in website after each phase of counseling without fail.

The selected candidate shall download the allotment letter from website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should take print out of allotment letter, check their allotment and report to Principal of allotted college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates, bond, pay the tuition fee and college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically and the candidate will not be permitted to exercise web options for subsequent phases of counselings and admission.

Candidates who have slided from previously admitted seat to another college should collect the original certificates , bond and tuition fee from the previously admitted college and report to the Principal of the second phase allotted college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter

Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University regulations

Original certificates will not be returned to candidates unless the candidate discontinues from the course.

The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
