*** In continuation of this office proceedings 4th read above, the Deputy Educational Officers Kurnool & Adoni and Mandal Educational Officers concerned in the district are invited to the reference 5th read above, the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravathi has instructed to sanction all kinds of leaves and Increments, medical bills and also forwarding of pension proposals etc.,in respect of the Municipal Teachers who came under the control of Education department until issuing the amendment orders to the G.O.Ms.No.40, Education (Ser.V) Department, dated: 07.05.2002 as per rules in force to avoid further complication in the matter. Therefore, the Deputy Educational Officers Kurnool & Adoni and Mandal Educational Officers concerned in the district are instructed to sanction all kinds of leaves and Increments and other bills immediately without any delay and report compliance periodically. This reference should be treated as Most urgent.
