Coordinator, ASO, APO పోస్టులకు, ప్రభుత్వ మరియు జిల్లా ప్రజా పరిషత్ యాజమాన్యాలలో పనిచేయుచున్న గెజిటెడ్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు / స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్స్/సెకండరీ గ్రేడ్ టీచర్స్ (APO) నుండి దరఖాస్తులు ఆహ్వానించడమైనది.

ది. 28.10.2022వ తేదీ సా.05.00 గంటలలోపు జిల్లా ప్రాజెక్ట్ కార్యాలయము, సమగ్ర శిక్ష, డా.బి.ఆర్.అంబేధ్కర్ కోనసీమ జిల్లా, ఎయిమ్స్ ఇంజనీరింగ్ కాలేజీ క్యాంపస్, ముమ్మిడివరం నందు సమర్పించవలెను.

GUIDELINES FOR SELECTION OF SECTORAL OFFICERS IN THE DISTRICT PROJECT OFFICIE, SAMAGRA SHIKSHA DURING THE YEAR 2022-23

1. Application in the prescribed format are invited for the post of Sectoral Officers on Deputation under Foreign Service Terms and Conditions at District Project Officers, Samagra Shiksha.
2. Applications should be submitted in the respective District Project Officers, Samagra Shiksha in which the Gazetted teacher is working.
3. Candidates should apply through proper channel only.
4. Candidates should apply for more than one post in one application.
5. Applicants above the age of 50 years may also be considered for the posts of Sectoral and Asst. Sectoral Officers if teachers within the age of 50 years are not available.
6. School Assistants who have completed minimum service of 8 years in the School Assistant cadre.
7. No applicant can claim right for deputation to SS based on this notification.
8. The antecedents of the individual, previous experiences, track record, etc will also taken into consideration for deputation.
9. The State Project Director may consider or reject the application.
10. The candidates who have worked in SS on deputation for a period of five (05) years continuously or in different spells are not eligible to apply for the post of Sectoral Officers in SS.
11. 85 marks weightage shall be given for Academic and Professional Qualifications and oral interview will be considered 15 marks for selection of sectoral officers.
12. The Weightage shall be provided as shown in the following table:

13. The weightage for the Academic and Professional Qualification should be calculated based on the percentage of marks secure. For example, if a candidate secures 640/1000 marks in degree. The weight age of marks shall be 6.4.

14. Similarly, marks should be given for the number of years of service rendered in the cadre of Headmaster. i.e., 2 marks for each completed year of service.

SELECTION PROCEDURE: The candidates shall be selected on the basis of marks secured in Academic and Professional Degrees and based on the interview to be conducted by the District Level Committee comprising of:

Existing Conditions for Selection of Vacant Posts: (Vide the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Amaravathi through Memo. No. SSA- 11030/72/ 2019- Admin-SSA, Dt: 16-10-2019 has permitted to fill up the posts of Sectorial and Asst. Sectorial officers on deputation under Foreign Service Terms and Conditions in relaxation of norms as follows.

Selection Procedure:

85 Marks weight age for Academic and Professional qualifications and interview for 15 marks.
