Entrepreneurial Mindset Development Program for all Government School of Andhra Pradesh – Phase III Training to 9th class teachers of High schools

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the Entrepreneurial Mindset Development Program (EMDP) is being implemented in the state from the academic year 2021-22 to help the students of Government schools in developing an increased awareness of key mindsets of self awareness, self-belief, grit, and independence, along with 21st-century skills like communication, problem-solving & collaboration through real world psrojects with the help of Samagra Shiksha & SCERT, AP in all Government Schools in Andhra Pradesh.

Further they are also informed that two phases of this programme has already implemented in identified schools in the erstwhile districts of the state and phase III of this programme with 36 Master Trainers (MTs) from all over the State were trained at SCERT, AP, from 25/8/22 to 27/8/22 (3Days).

Now, it is proposed to train the teachers (one 9th class teacher from each Mandal) of all Government High Schools in their respective districts for two days in 2 Spells, i.e from 20/9/22 to 21/9/22 as Spell I and 23/9/22 to 24/9/22 as Spell II by the master trainers. Furthermore, these district level trained teachers are expected to train the remaining teachers from each High Schools of respective Mandal at Complex level on 7th & 8th Oct 2022.

The trained teachers in EMDP will train the 9th Class students in their respective schools from 14th October 2022 in the allotted periods as per the Academic Calendar 2022., and Master Trainers will supporth the teachers till end of the program. Two consecutive periods of every Friday will be utilized/dedicated for this program with a total of 25 hours of class room sessions and 20 hours of Project work. Refresher training will be provided online by GAME representatives as required.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are requested to select one active teacher of 9th- Class from each Mandal and depute along with Master Trainers to the said training to attend the training on districts for two days in 2 Spells, Le from 20/9/22 to 21/9/22 as Spell I and 23/9/22 to 24/9/22 as Spell II by 10.00 AM without fail.

They are also requested to make necessary arrangements for the training programme.

The expenditure incurred shall send long with original bills & vouchers to the Director, SCERT for onward release of the same and the expenditure will be paid as per the norms of Samagra Shiksha, AP. The details of the schedule and Master Trainers are annexed here with.
