No.157/AP-LC/2022(1):- In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of rule 23 read with sub-rule (5) of rule 31 of the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960, the Election Commission hereby designates the following officers of the State of Andhra Pradesh, as the Appellate Officer to whom the appeals shall lie from any decision under rule 20 or rule 21 or rule 21A of the said Rules, of the Electoral Registration Officers for the following Graduates’ and Teachers’ constituencies of State Legislative Council in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
