Sub: APREIS – Academic –1- Details of Alumni formed and programmes / activities conducted in all APR Schools – Certain instructions – Issued.
All the Principals of APR Schools are hereby requested to submit the details of Alumni formed and programmes / activities conducted at the school concerned in the following proforma (excel sheet) on or before 30.09.2022 through their respective mails concerned.

Further the Principals are hereby instructed to follow the guidelines as and when the Alumni of the respective school conducted any programmes/activities in future.

Prior permission should be obtained from the Secretary

All the financial implications should be borne by the Alumni concerned and should not affect any financial burden on the School/Society.

Any damage or loss should not be occurred to the school property

Any programmes/activities should be conducted in a healthy manner and not to disturb school atmosphere.

Any programmes/activities conducted should be useful for students

The whole activities should be monitored by the Principal along with the staff at School level
-
The Principal should submit the detailed report after completion of the programmes/activities conducted by the Alumni.

The entire programmes/activities of Alumni in the state will be monitored by the following Committee at state level.
