Sub:- APREIS – Establishment-I(3) – Utilization of services of man power against the posts of Non-Teaching Staff in APRE Institutions during Dussehra Holidays for the year 2022-23 – Certain instructions -Issued.

In the reference cited above, orders were issued for declaration of Dussehra holidays to all APR Schools and APR Junior colleges in the state. In this regard, the services of all the man power engaged against the posts of Non-Teaching staff are dispensed herewith during the Dussehra Holidays.
Further, not to hamper the day to day work in the institutions, all the Principals are hereby permitted to utilize the services of the following man power in case of non-availability of the regular Non-Teaching staff in the institution duly following the guidelines issued hereunder:-

Clerk/Data Entry Operator :- The Principals are permitted to utilize the services of Data Entry Operator, only if no regular Sr.Asst., (or) Jr.Asst., (or) Typist is available in the institution. Data Entry Operator will not be permitted if any of regular Sr.Asst., (or) Jr.Asst., (or) Typist is working.

Attender cum Day Watchman :- The Principals are permitted to utilize the services of man power against the post of Attender only if no regular Attender/MPW is available in the institution.

Scavenger cum Sweeper :- The Principals are permitted to utilize the services of man power against the post of Scavenger cum Sweeper, if no regular MPW is available in the institution.

One Night Watchman :- The Principals are permitted to utilize the services of man power against the post of Attender only if no regular MPW/Night Watchman is available in the institution.

The remuneration of the man power shall be paid as per the existing norms.

The man power who were permitted to engage in the Academic year 2022-23 should only be considered during the Dussehra Holidays against the permitted
posts.

No additional man power should be engaged during the Dussehra Holidays other than the permitted.
Any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously and action will be taken against the concerned.
Further the Principals are permitted to resume the services of all man power from reopening of the institutions after Dussehra Holidays.
Receipt of these Proceedings should be acknowledged.
