Ref: CCS Ref No PDS II (4)/2024/36//2020, Dated:20.09.2022 of the
Commissioner of Civil Supplies, A.P., Vijayawada.
With reference to the Proceedings cited above, the Commissioner of Civil
Supplies, A.P., Vijayawada issued orders for allotment of Rice through SCM to the
inmates of APRE Institutions for the month of September – 2022.
A copy of the above Proceedings is herewith communicated to all the
Principals of APRE Institutions for information and immediate necessary action. The
Principals are also informed to arrange to take delivery of Rice for the month of
September – 2022 from the concerned MLS Points.
Utmost care should be taken for procurement of Rice and Utilization, and
Principals should be in a position to submit details of Rice taken and utilized
whenever the Government called for details.
Receipt of these Proceedings should be acknowledged.
