While enclosing a copy of the letter together with its enclosures, all
the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to take
necessary action in the matter and instruct all the MEOS & HMs to resume
the conduct of elocution and essay writing competitions for the year 2022-23 to the Government School Students in the State of Andhra Pradesh,pursuing the higher to immobile auditory and writing skills.

This should be treated as MOST URGENT.
