ORDER:

In the reference 1st cited instructions are issued to the District Educational Officer, Guntur to fle the counter Affidavit in WP.No.5447 of 2021. Whereas, in the reference 2nd cited, the Hon’ble High court of Andhra Pradesh has issued orders for personnel appearance of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh and the District Educational Officer, Guntur for non-fling of counter affidavit in WP.No.5447 of 2021.

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by Sub Rule (1) of Rule 8 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules 1991, the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh hereby place Sri K. Gopal, present Assistant Director, O/o DEO, Guntur and Sri K. Narayana rao, previous AD.II of the O/o DEO, Guntur and now working in the O/o DEO, Bhimavaram under suspension with immediate efect pending enquiry of the charges duly fxing the responsibility on the Assistant Directors who have handled the subject during their period. They shall continue to be under suspension until the conclusion of the disciplinary
