RGUKT BASARA : IIIT UG ADMISSIONS 2022 PROVISIONAL SELECTION LIST AND COUNSELING SCHEDULE

Sub: RGUKT – Basar, UG Admissions 2022 – Call Letter for Counseling – reg.

We are happy to inform that you have been provisionally selected for counseling for the admission into 6 -Year Integrated B.Tech Programme of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Basar for the Academic Year 2022 -23.

The following are the Instructions to the provisionally shortlisted candidates for counseling.

You are requested to read them carefully.

  1. You are instructed to report at Venue of counseling i.e., at RGUKT ,Basar Campus (Venue: AB-1) Nirmal (District), Telangana as per below schedule by following provisional selection list published in the website.

    1. On 28th August 2022 at 09:00 AM : S.No. From 1 to 500

    2. On 29th August 2022 at 09:00 AM : S.No. From 501 to 1000

    3. On 30th August 2022 at 09:00 AM : S.No. From 1001 to 1404

      It is the responsibility of the students/parents to make all suitable travel arrangements so as to reach the University by 09.00 AM on the above said date(s).

      Admission shall not be given, if the student fails to attend the counseling in person on the above date and time for whatsoever reason. The seat will be allocated to the next merit candidate.

  2. Mere attending the counseling does not guarantee a seat. The admission will be given only if the candidate fulfills all the eligibility criteria and pay the relevant fee after the verification of all original certificates / documents. The selection stands cancelled in case candidate fails to produce the prescribed original certificates at the time of verification or fails to pay the relevant fee.

  3. Documents to be carried:

    The candidates shall bring the following documents /certificates in original along with TWO sets of the Xerox copies.

    1. Hall Ticket of 10th Class Board Examination.

    2. Grade Sheet of 10th Class Board Examination.

    3. Study certificates (from 4th class to 10th Class)

    4. Candidates claiming admission under Non-local Category have to submit a Residence Certificate

      as a proof to effect that the candidate have resided in the state for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the state or either of whose parents have resided in the state for a total period of 10 years excluding period of employment outside the state.

    5. Caste/Community certificate issued by the competent authority (Meeseva Only).

    6. Income Certificate (latest and issued after 01.04.2022 from Meeseva Only).

    7. Economically Weaker Sections(EWS) certificate who claim EWS reservation from competent authority.

    8. Six passport size photographs of the candidate and two photographs of the parents.

    9. Xerox copies of family Ration Card.

    10. Aadhar UID Card or EID of the candidate.

    11. The candidates who wish to avail bank loan shall bring the following documents (The loan applications will be available at the bank in the campus)

      1. Additional four sets of copies of the above certificates.

      2. Employee Identity Card of the parent.

      3. Three months salary Certificates of the parent (Latest).

      4. PAN card of Student and Parent.

      5. Ration Card / PAN Card / Voter Id Card /Aadhar Card of the Student and Parent.

      6. Bank account statement for last six months.

      7. Six photographs of the candidate and four photographs of the Parent/Guardian.

  4. Fee to be paid:

    The following is the fee structure for each student who is admitted into 6 – Year Integrated B.Tech programme of the University.

    Students who are eligible for fee reimbursement as per the stipulated State

    Government rules need not pay tuition fee of Rs. 36,000/- whose parental annual income is specified below for eligibility of scholarship.

    1. SC and ST welfare students whose annual family income is Rs 2 lakh or below

    2. BC and EBC and Minority welfare students who belong to rural area their family income should be 1.5 lakh or below.

    3. BC and EBC and Minority welfare students who belong to urban area their family

    income should be 2 lakh or below.

    iv. Disable welfare students whose parental income is 1 Lakh or below

    But in case, if students are not reimbursed the tuition fee, they shall have to pay the tuition fee before the commencement of second semester examination in the academic year in order to permit them to appear in the exam

    Note: 2

    It has been found for the past few years that the fee reimbursed by the Government is not exactly same as the fee prescribed by the University. An average of Rs. 30,000 is being sanctioned by the Government per year per a student. Hence, the students who are eligible for fee reimbursement as per the stipulated State Government rules shall pay the difference of amount between the tuition fee and the amount of scholarship that is being sanctioned.

    It may be noted that the original certificates, once submitted to the University, will not be given back, under permitted by competent authority, until the completion of the course. Hence, the students shall get a set of scanned copies / Xerox copies with him/her for future use, before the original certificates are

    submitted to the University.

  5. If any further information, the candidates, provisionally selected for counseling may contact admission cell over phone on 7601053134 or 7013824050 from 09:00AM to 05:00PM, working days and counseling days.

  6. The candidates selected for admission shall be prepared to go through the orientation program at RGUKT for better preparedness of his or her career.

  7. The candidates selected for admission need to sign a declaration regarding academics rules, hostel regulations and code of conduct RGUKT at the time of admission.

Note: This selection is for counseling and as such does not guarantee admission to the course. Admission to the course will be given subject to verification of the original documents and fulfillment of the eligibility criteria. In case of any tie exists among the candidates, the seat will be allocated on the priority order followed by RGUKT Admission Rules (Please refer RGUKT Notification of UG Admissions 2022).
