గౌ.ఏలూరు జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ మరియు జిల్లా విద్యా శాఖ అధికారి వారి ఆదేశాల ప్రకారం రేపటి నుండి ది.05.09.2022 వరకు ప్రాథమిక, ప్రాథమికోన్నత పాఠశాలల ఉపాధ్యాయులు, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు కు ఎవరికి ఎటువంటి సెలవులు మంజూరు చేయబడవు. ఒక వేళ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు సెలవులు మంజూరు చేసిన యెడల సదరు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులపై శాఖ పరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకొనబడును

Sub:- School Education- Implementation of School Education Activities Certain
Instructions – Issund- Regarding.

Ref: 1. Proceedings ReNo.68/A&1/2022 Dated 25.08.2022 of the Commissioner of
School Education AP Amarvathi.
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has introduced certain School
Education activities and schemes. In that purpose it is mandatory to implement the
time bound items i.e Child info /Dropouts/ and new enrollment entries registration
of Facial App, and also there is manual verification of school wise on child info work.
Keeping in view of the above and with reference cited, it is proposed to organize
“Edu-Fest-2022” from 29th August to 5th September 2022 in association with Parent
Committees, NGOs, Philanthropists, Old Student Associations, alumni, Parents and
Retired teachers in the village and public representatives to uphold the values.

Basing on the above implementation and time bound activities not to grant CL
or any other kind of leaves to the Teachers if in case sanctioned recall the Teachers
who are already in any kind of leave with instructions to report for duty immediately
to concerned officer.
In view of the above, the Deputy Educational Officers, Deputy Inspector of
Schools, and Mandal Educational Officers in the district are hereby instructed to
not to grant any casual leave or any other kind of leaves to employees (HMs
/Teachers / Non-Teaching Staff) who are working in their control from 27.08.2022
onwards till 05-09.2022 and also recall the employees who are already in any kind of
leave with instructions to report for duty immediately due to implementation of the
above activities. And the above mentioned schemes should be completed on or
before 04.09.2022. The day wise suggested activities are annexed to these proceedings
Any violation of these instructions, viewed seriously and necessary action will
be initiated against as per CCA Rules in vogue.
