Sub: APREIS – Accounts –I (1) – Implementation of RPS 2022 to all the Regular /Retired /Deceased Employees of APREI Society as per eligibility – Certain instructions to the Principals pertaining to verification of Pay fixation statements, arrear bills including Service Registers of the individuals w.e.f. 10-8-2022 in the Head Office -communication of Time Plan (Institution-wise) – Orders issued.
Ref: 1.This Office Procs. Rc.No.ESE53/Establishment-I(2)/2021-Dated:27.06.2022 of the Secretary, APREIS Guntur.
In the above Proceedings, orders were issued for implementation of Revised Pay Scales to the regular/retired/deceased employees of APRE Institutions including Head Office as per the Government orders.
The Principals are further instructed to submit 4 sets of the Pay fixation Statements and arrear bills with Original Service Registers of each individual duly signed by the Principal with up to date entries, including Soft copies of such bills and Pay fixation statements with the Senior Assistant/Junior Assistant (Regular employee) as per the following Time Plan. In case No regular Assistant is working in any institution, the Principal should send the Regular employee who is working in the institution. The verification work starts at 10.30 AM on each day as per the following schedule

The Principals are further instructed to depute a responsible regular employee to this work who is familiar with this work and proper care should be taken while sending the Service Registers of the employees. Any kind of negligence at any stage will attract disciplinary action. Therefore, proper care should be taken by the individuals who are bringing the Service Books of the employees.
The Pay fixations in respect of Principals shall be done by the Regional Deputy Secretaries of the concerned Regions and verification and scrutiny will be done at the Head Office.
Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
