తాత్పర్యము: కోపము వలన మానసిక ప్రశాంతత పోయి జీవితం నరకమవుతుంది. కోపము వలన మనకున్న మంచి గుణము నశించిపోతుంది. అంతెందుకు కోపము వలన ఆయుష్షే తగ్గిపోతుంది. కాబట్టి కోపాన్ని వదిలించుకుని స్థిరమైన మనస్సుతో ఎల్లవేళలా ప్రశాంతంగా ఉండాలి.
